Relax and enjoy Kentucky in this spacious updated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in an upscale, golf course neighborhood within a few miles of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor space with outdoor seating and dining area, grill and fire pit. Fun indoor bourbon themed space with pool table that converts to ping pong table, dart board, bar, large reclining sofa, tv and plenty of seating. We are available to help with all Derby and PGA Championship questions to make your stay the best it can be!

Main floor has eat-in kitchen with gas stove, island, great room, dining room, 1/2 bath near entryway, laundry room, main bedroom with King sized bed, and main bath with walk in dual head showers, double vanities and separate bidet toilet area.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, one bedroom with a full sized bed, and two bathrooms complete with bathtub/showers (one is a jack and Jill bathroom with double vanities between two bedrooms.
The basement has a bar area, large reclining sectional sofa, games, workout room, full bathroom with tub/shower, dart board, billiards table and ping pong. The outdoor space is great for grilling, dining, relaxing or sitting around the fire pit. This house has 4 bedrooms and 4 beds to sleep 8 people in beds. We do not mind hosting 10 guests if the extra 2 don’t mind an air mattress (provided) or the reclining sectional sofa.
