Great property - very clean and great amenities! Plenty of towels, linens, and even beach towels are provided. Access to the pool and pickleball courts was very easy and those facilities are great too. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

House was clean, beds comfortable, easy check in. Very nice to have some dish pods and laundry pods included/ available. Cleaning list simple and not crazy long.

Very nice unit in a great location. Potential renters should be advised however that there is no pantry space available and therefore very few condiments available. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and concerns.

The townhouse was perfect for our trip. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pickle ball equipment and beach towels and blanket provided! The Master shower is lovely. The location was very convenient, maybe 10-15 mins to the beach and near lots of shops and stores. Would recommend for a family of 4, our 2 kids fit well in the long twins.

Second time staying at this property. Clean and exactly as pictured. Close to shopping and restaurants. Hosts are very easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great getaway at Magnolia Bay! The house was clean , comfortable and had everything we needed! The locations proximity to the pool and Pickleball courts was incredible. We enjoyed many afternoons at the pool, relaxing. Many mornings, we would walk through the gate at the back of the property to the beautiful Lumina village to have breakfast at blueberrys Café. We also enjoyed all the games and the puzzles that the hosts provided We also enjoyed many of the recommended restaurants in the book inside the condo Very convenient location to Wrightsville Beach, where our son took an incredible surfing lesson one morning with Sean’s Surfing. Was also a great location to tour UNCW with our son. Highly recommend this condo! Would definitely stay here again.!

We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated townhouse! A quick drive to the beach and lovely to have a pool and pickle ball courts so close to the house. A beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Perfect Location
Family vacation. The location is perfect; 7 minute ride to the beach, tons of restaurants and shopping close by, and 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington. The home was very clean and spacious.

Highly recommend!
Rental just as pictured in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping and restaurants. VERY clean and well appointed. Owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this place for our quick weekend trip. It was very clean and unit was perfectly described on listing. The airport was an easy 15 minute drive, beach was near by. This place is in a perfect location, near shopping and restaurants. We played pickle ball with the equipment the owner provided. Overall, was very pleased and would stay again. The host were wonderful, they commuicated very well through out our stay.

Excellent Wrightsville Beach Townhome
This townhome exceeded our expectations. The property matched all of the details in the listing and the owners were a pleasure. The neighborhood is well-kept and very quiet, but also in an excellent location! Highly recommend!
