Our unit is light and airy with large windows and sliding glass doors to your private screened lanai, with a door that enters on to a garden,
(you can access the lanai from sliding glass doors from bedroom or living room).

I think it’s adorably furnished and super comfortable. We tried to think of everything we could to make your stay enjoyable, from filtered water to Keurig coffee to quality bedding and ….clean ..clean ..clean.

Flatscreen TV with Wi-Fi.
Private en suite bathroom with immaculate shower (and great shower curtain!)

2nd bedroom has comfy trundle bed which can convert to two twin beds, producing a king size sleep

Entire unit under air conditioning has either coastal tile floors or easy maintenance (Berber type ) carpeting.

Beach Chairs, beach towels, umbrella.

Everything you need to make a home for a month or a season! (We had one guest move in nearby.... and stayed beyond a year!)

Beautiful L-shaped pool and clubhouse are very close by, on foot. The photographs will show the full size kitchen and library and work tables.
The next section will say guest access and it will give you an idea of the neighborhood.

Keep in mind that all properties have a 5 % occupancy tax By the county & will not be in the prices you see here (Florida state tax is automatically applied)

(Condo association asks for a month's advance notice for rental. (If that's not possible for you, we can ask for an exception.)
