The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The room was the perfect size for our family of six with beautiful ocean views. The pools and hot tubs were great. The room had a couple of mold spots, nothing too major, just something to note if traveling with Littles. The host offered to have a cleaning person come out when I let her know about the spots.

Kasey thank you for your kind review and for choosing to stay with us! We’re so glad you enjoyed yur stay. Thank you as well for bringing the spots to our attention during your stay. In oceanfront properties, especially during the warm and humid summer months, surface mildew can occasionally appear despite regular cleaning and maintenance. We appreciate you letting us know so we could offer to have it addressed promptly. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you and your family back for another beach getaway in the future! 🌊☀️

The place was older so there were a few little things that were not working properly. The place was a little smaller than we imagined. We were five people. It would have been quite crowded if we had three more people. Only one of two elevators were working for the duration of our stay (two nights). Carmen was very quick to respond to any concerns and very understanding when a small glass vase was broken. Location was great as you overlook the beach. There were a lot of different pools available (with towels) open for long periods of time which was great! Most of the time, we had to park across the street (for free) since the main building parking lot was almost always full.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was beautiful and the host supplies plenty of towels, kitchen ware and utensils. Compass Cove's bar and restaurant were well decorated with food and drinks that were delicious. Definitely enjoyed the condo, the property and the beach. Can't wait to get back.

We had an amazing long weekend here! The property was clean, smelled good, and the ocean view was AMAZING! The host was so very communicative from the very start until the very end! That alone stood out to me and made my heart smile! The hot tub was our favorite at night and we beached all day Sunday and Monday! We will absolutely be back not only because of the incredible views and room, but knowing the host is so available too! You’ve got to book this place!!!

Our stay was wonderful!!! I can't imagine how it could have been any better. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. There were small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and clean towels in the bathroom. The view from the terrace was spectacular! Every morning we would open the sliding doors and listen to the waves rolling in! It was a short walk to the beach taking less than a couple of minutes. I think my favorite place to be besides the beach was the hot tub. It was so nice to relax in after a busy day in town. I do think the prices of food in the Tiki Bar were a bit outrageous, but there are plenty of delicious places to eat in Myrtle Beach!!! Our host was very easy to get in touch with when i had a question. She answered promptly and courteously.I hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours was. Im looking forward to booking this room again soon!!

As soon as we got there we noticed the carpet being wet from the ac unit. The sheets didn’t smell clean. Behind the Murphy bed was very dirty and dusty. The wall on top of one of the beds seemed moist and about to fall out. Some workers came and said that just looks old . I was still scared to sleep on that bed. The living room table corner was broken. The check in was not very clear so I had to contact host 3x for different check in reasons. After that the storm caused a lot of moisture in the condo and when I told the host she had an attitude and told me why I didn’t mention that before . I have no idea about inspections or go to rentals to inspect them. From the moist some ceiling paint came off from one of the closets. When I tried to turn on heat the smell was very strong like gas so I turn it off instead. Overall the unit needs more maintenance

Hi Jocelyn, Thanks for your feedback. First to address heat- it's electric, not gas, so I just want to reassure everyone of that. Yes, we had a tropical storm that brought in record humidity and moisture issues will occur if you leave the doors open. We wish you would have mentioned the issues when they started, so we could have it addressed right away, before getting out of hand. As far as the sheets and dust, this was never brought to our attention, or we would have sent the cleaner back out at your convenience to make things right, although I am certain the sheets were clean. We don't use strong fragrant detergents as some people may be sensitive. Thank you again for the feedback.

The room was as shown and described. It was a wonderful stay with a perfect balcony view! The only complaint we have would be the parking. There were people parked in the 15 minute parking for hours to days so to unload we had to pay to park on the Street, and when we had to pack up to leave as we were in the parking garage across the street.

Thank you Valdalia for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and that beautiful balcony view. We completely understand your frustration with the unloading area. Unfortunately, some guests do not always respect the posted time limits, which can make arrival and departure more difficult for others. A little more consideration and courtesy from everyone would certainly make the experience smoother for all guests. We hope you visit us again in the near future!
