Everything was on point just a little to much grass by the dock to fish

Thanks for choosing Royal Oak for your stay, so glad you found everything satisfactory with the property! I am sorry about the excess grass in the water, we have had an amazing amount of rain in the last month and it washes nutrients into the water and the grass grows wild! I haven't had the opportunity to clear some out yet, when you come back I'll have it trimmed! ;-)

The house is very nice and a great size for the 4 of us staying there. The property is absolutely beautiful. We rented a boat so it was nice to have the dock there. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed it! As Floridians we are very familiar with alligators and thought we would see quite a few on our boat ride and only saw a small one. However, we did get to see two huge alligators far out in the water from the dock at the house. We also saw an eagle and many other birds on this trip. I highly recommend staying at this house and enjoying this beautiful part of Florida.

Lovely home with all the amenities one would need. It was conveniently located to where our Amphicar Swim-In activities were held. The covered canopy was great protection for our convertibles and the trailer parking had plenty of room for the rig.Communication from the host was very good and we even got to meet him. Made the booking well in advance, but plenty of photos in the listing made us feel like we were already there.I certainly hope to stay here in the future!

The house was very welcoming and relaxing! The host was quick to answer all questions and very accomadating! I loved the size of the home and location. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors were very kind! We were in town for my nephew's wedding so didn't have time to really explore the area. Would like to return to rent this home again so we can explore the area! The game room was a huge plus! Thank you for hosting us!

What a great stay! The property was excellent. Close to stores yet a very quiet and secluded feel. Both the inside and the outside were very charming. House felt big and open. Plenty of room. Hosts were readily available all throughout the process and even came to the rescue when we needed something. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area.
