*The Georgia Peach* bedroom is a delightful ode to our iconic state fruit, with tasteful decor and a cozy ambiance - Includes a Queen bed and also a Full size bed under the trundle. Sleeps 4.

*The Chattahoochee River* Main bedroom takes inspiration from one of Georgia's most beloved natural treasures, offering a serene blue, refreshing atmosphere. The spacious King sized bed is a remote controlled adjustable bed, so we help cater to your sleeping needs! P.S. The Chattahoochee is only 2 mins away/1 mile away from the so you can drive past it for a quick peek or take a leisurely hike along the River at Holcomb Bridge Park or Garrard Landing Park!

BEDROOMS
The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor: Master Bedroom has a King sized memory foam mattress bed with 32 inch Roku TV and Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized memory foam bed on top and a Full sized rollaway memory foam bed trundle underneath with a 32 inch Roku TV in the dresser. We offer hotel-quality bedding, satin pillowcases and bedside lamps with integrated USB/outlets for easy phone charging. Iron and ironing board are located in the River Bedroom’s spacious walk-in closet, with an extra ironing board in the Peach Room closet. Luggage stand and hangers are in each bedroom closet.

*BONUS: KING ADJUSTABLE BED
The master bedroom has a wireless remote-controlled adjustable base with a comfy KING-sized memory foam mattress that lifts up your head and feet to your body’s comfort level. You also have your choice of soft and firm pillows. Get ready for a good night’s rest! 💤

Food enthusiasts will find our fully stocked kitchen a culinary haven! Complete with new granite countertops, over-the-range microwave, undermount sink, brand new stainless steel appliances with an ice maker in the freezer, air fryer, and rice cooker, pots, pans, and condiments, it offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The coffee station is a coffee lover's dream, equipped with a Keurig machine, a drip coffee machine, and a French Press. Start your mornings with the perfect cup of joe, savoring the aroma and flavors in the comfort of your home away from home. Electric hot kettle is also available for tea and hot chocolate! There are 2 private full bathrooms in each bedroom with step-in tubs and newly installed dual flush toilets and hotel quality towels. The half bathroom/powder room is located on the first floor. Hair dryer is located on the wall in both bedroom bathrooms. Makeup towels, bar soap and hair shower/conditioner products are also provided.

OFFICE SPACE TO WORK FROM HOME
There’s a remote controlled *standing desk* in each bedroom, with a 22 inch computer screen monitor - includes HDMI cable connection - in the River Room) for your “work from” needs. Access our high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the during your stay.

LAUNDRY
New Samsung large capacity washer & dryer have been installed in the Laundry hallway closet on the first floor and available for your private use. Go home with a luggage full of clean clothes!

We are a non-smoking . We replenish the air in the after every stay by running an ozone generator for 3 hours post-guest check-out, which recycles and cleans the air inside the for odor-free fresh air during your stay. Not many offer this level of clean!
