Welcome to the Sailor Lake Inn nestled on Lake Travis in amenity rich Point Venture, Texas! Located just 20 miles west of Austin.

Beautiful townhome overlooking Lake Travis with two decks to enjoy the views. Sit on the back deck and sip a glass of wine or enjoy a beer while playing darts. This family friendly townhome is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy everything Point Venture has to offer. We're only a quick walk to the pool, marina, floating restaurant, and gym. Pickleball and tennis courts are also in walking distance or a 2 minute drive.

The 50 acre park with lakefront beach, disc golf course, volleyball court, basketball court and playground are just a quick drive away. Pack your coolers for the day!

The sleeping situation - 2 primary bedrooms with king beds, a loft with full bed (ladder access only), and queen sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms...perfect for a family vacay or a friends getaway.

On the entry level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with coffee bar, master bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with a flat screen TV. Outside you'll find a well furnished deck with gas grill and plenty of seating with views of the lake. The local deer will visit your morning and evening, feel free to throw them a scoop of feed from the canister.

Head downstairs to the lower level to find another master bedroom (king bed) with connecting full bathroom, flat screen TV, and beautiful deck with lake views. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on this level, so you can keep your swimsuits clean and ready to go.

The third "bedroom" is in the loft area which is accessible by a ladder from the main floor and has a full size bed.

Last but not least, the living room sofa converts to a queen size bed.

Guest access
You will be provided with special KEYCARD access to the 50 acre park which includes volleyball and basketball courts, disc golf course, playground with pavilion, 2 boat launches and lake “beach” access. The keycard will also provide access to the outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and library. Tee off at the 9 hole golf course (addt'l green fee required) or practice shanking balls at the driving range . There is literally SO. MUCH. TO DO! Bring your pop-up tent, beach chairs and cooler and relax on the lake beach without having to worry about sharks.

Captain Pete's Boathouse is the floating restaurant on the lake where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks with live music on the weekends. The kids will love feeding the huge catfish that hang out nearby. Additionally, the community has a marina with boat/jet ski rentals.

Our kitchen is stocked up with everything you need including Ninja Foodi and air fryer.

Parking? Not a problem. We've got 4 designated spaces (2 tandem) in the driveway.
