Enjoy an urban, calm, bright and cozy home away from home in one of the most vibrant and culinary neighbourhoods in the very center of the city. 15 min walk to the Acropolis, 2 min walk to Filopappou Hill, one of the most beautiful parks in Athens. Metro and Bus stations are right around the corner. After a sight seeing day you will love this real oasis, to relax at your private terrace, to prepare a lovely dinner in your fully equipped kitchen, or just curl up and dream of the amazing city.

• the character of the old building was kept in the front and in many details
within the house
• fully reconstructed in 2021
• ground floor / 1st floor
Apartment:
• 1st floor on the right, no lift, non smoking
Open kitchen:
• fully equipped, condiment set with some quality basics provided
Dining area:
• dining table with four chairs
• access to the terrace
Living area:
• located in the cozy oriel of the building
• two big sofas which can easily be arranged as two comfortable single beds
Bathroom:
• spacious and comfortable
• oriental style, cement mortar
• rain shower
Bedroom:
• double bed 140cm width
• big built-in closet
• access to the balcony
• wide and open backyard view
Guest access
• Located in the very center of Athens
• Most attractions in walking distance
• Metro and Bus stations around the corner
• Many restaurants Cafes and Bars near by
