Dear Tia, Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback about your recent stay at our house in Aruba! We're thrilled to hear that you and your girlfriends had an amazing time and that the house provided more than enough space for everyone. According to our records, the technician visited the property multiple times to fix the dryer and confirmed that it is now in working order. The start button simply requires a slightly firmer touch to initiate the dryer's operation. Rest assured, we will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure it remains in proper working condition. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our guests' experience. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we value your observations. We hope that you had an unforgettable time in Aruba overall, and we would be delighted to welcome you and your friends back for another fantastic stay in the future. Kind regards, Stuart & Julia

Hi Frank, thanks for reviewing Villa Azul. Happy you and your family had such a nice stay and that you loved our service. Looking forward to welcoming you back to the island Frank, Warm regards, Stuart

Hi Rachel, Sorry the rental did not meet your expectations. The high rise area and beach is just a 3minute drive away. There aren't really any ocean front rentals on Aruba except for hotels and some condos. At those properties you would be making a 3 minute track through lobbies and elevators. The issue with the door hardware was fixed by the locksmith. All doors, windows, hardware is functioning properly now. The lounge chairs by the pool have since also been replaced. We keep ou properties up to standards and have a quality maintenance and upkeep program in place. We are getting mostly 5 star reviews that confirm this and enjoy a high percentage of repeat guests at our villas. That said, we are truly sorry the stay was not what you expected. Warm regards, Stuart

Glad you had such a great stay at Villa Azul with your family. We love hearing these stories. Thanks for taking the time to share this. Come back soon! Take care, Stuart
