This third floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located right across the street from the ocean. Alerio is the perfect getaway spot, complete with a community pool, a community hot tub, and a grilling area. This condo is sure to create the tranquil paradise you need to escape and relax. A well-equipped space includes a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a hearty brunch or light dinner to enjoy out on the private balcony. The whole family will enjoy the community amenities whether it's relaxing poolside or taking a nice soak in the hot tub. Unit updates include a new HVAC System and Fridge!Sleeps 7! No Pets Allowed! Only

PARKING.... 1 vehicle is allowed to park at Alerio! Overflow parking is accepted at Geronimo RV Park 850-424-6801 Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Cost is $30/night for cars and trucks. Credit card payment is required at the time of check in.

Perfect space and location

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was spacious and accommodating. It was just a few steps away from the beautiful Beach, restaurants, groceries and shopping.

i don't want to give the review a title/

we liked it. thought the unit was great. thought the location was great. loved the short walk to the beach. I think a 4p check in time and 10 am check out is really unfair. should be way more balanced - check in noon; check out noon. i know that would cause issues with turnaround/clean up time but the 4p and 10 is not very renter friendly.

Property was great, super clean! Everything was easy. Had one little issue with entrance code and it was resolved within seconds. Great place and super easy access to the beach.

Fun Family Vacation

We had a great time at this condo! Beautiful decor and comfy beds. Great location! The only thing I didn’t love was the floors were pretty dirty (our feet and/or socks were black on the bottoms after only being there for a couple hours) and when we went to bed the sheets were very sandy, we decided to wash our bed sheets before we slept in them. Our door code to get in also did not work but was able to call the phone number on our check in instructions and they got it fixed right away. Everything else seemed pretty clean and as far as the bathrooms and the kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked! Pool was nice and a very short walk to the beautiful beach! We would come back!
