Welcome to our 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo located in the heart of Golden! Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of 4 on your trip to Golden!

The bedroom has a Queen bed with a Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. We provide snacks and a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups. The living room has two comfy couches (one is a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV.

The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go. You are a short 10 minute walk to Downtown Golden where you can enjoy great restaurants, parks, shopping and breweries. The Coors brewery and many great trailheads are walking distance from the condo and The School of Mines and Red Rocks are close as well!

Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you'd like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.
-There is a minimum age limit of 21 to rent the home
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are NOT allowed by the building. If a pet is brought into the home, unfortunately the reservation will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM
-Please park in assigned parking spot
-For VRBO, a signed rental agreement is required
