Welcome to the East Side. Secured Entry Through the Watson St Door. Furnished-Adorable & Affordable Chic Styled Studio. North East Facing Open Concept Studio. Furnished like a Boutique Hotel- Perfect for a Short Term Traveler. W/D on site.
The Space:
This 1st floor studio is located toward the Grove St side of the building. Shared Laundry Room in the Basement with 2 Washers & 2 Dryers.
Guest Access:
We provide self check information the day prior to arrival. Guests will access the unit with instructions, and a code for access to a lockbox with the key inside for their unit.
The Neighborhood:
East Side is a Classic City Location in Manchester. Easy Access to S Willow St, The Mall of NH, 2 Highways North or South. 45 Minutes to the Seacoast. Under an hour to the mountains.
Getting Around:
Check out the Rail Trail if you want to bike around the area! Driving- easy access to Highways - RT 3 North or South plus RT 93 a few miles to the East of the city.
Other Things to Note:
A conversation about your stay required within 24 hours of your booking acceptance before they are final.
An accurate number of guests and pets are required for each booking request. Owner requires rental package be completed upon acceptance of reservation
