BRAND NEW 3-bed, 2-bath 1200 sq. ft. home! This is the perfect home for any family vacation!

Boat owners look no further! 30 & 50amp RV H/U (up to 30 ft. long), BOAT PARKING(up to 30 ft. long). *Electrical cords not provided* NO WATER DUMP available. $45/night addt’l for RV H/U. Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars depending on size. Please ask host for more info if bringing boat or RV.

Our home was thoughtfully designed and built on a corner lot, offering an extra dose of privacy. Gather with your family in the spacious living areas and cozy up on the large couch for a movie streamed on the 65 inch smart TV!

After a day full of boating, fishing, or beachcombing, unwind by the fire pit under the stars, listening to the waves crashing and sea lions barking in the distance. Our home is well-lit with plenty of lights throughout, including on the front and back covered decks. For added ambiance, enjoy the LED string lights lining the backyard fence. Rest easier knowing that your boat, car, trailer, or RV can be securely parked inside the backyard behind a gate.

Pack N’ Play always available at the property! Located in the master bedroom closet.

Kitchen is fully equipped and includes plastic dishes and a high chair for our smallest guests! Blender, crock pot, toaster, drip coffee maker, baking dishes, dishwasher, etc. are all available for your use when staying with us. If you have any specific questions about items available, please reach out to the host. See listing pictures of various spices, plates, utensils, etc.

Other amenities: RV hookup, outdoor fire-pit, propane BBQ, outdoor dining area for 6, EV CHARGER, OUTDOOR HOT WATER SHOWER!

- Guests will need to login to their own streaming platforms at the property. Please be sure to log yourself out upon checkout.
- We do not provide shower soaps, shampoos or conditioner due to potential guest allergies.
- We do not provide firewood for the fire-pit.
- Some beach access points do require a discover pass.
- Back door slider is a 30 inch wide opening.
- Front door is standard 36 inch wide opening.
- Front entrance has 5 steps total

**Two exterior ring cameras located at the home. One is at the front door looking out to the front where cars park. The other is on the back deck support pointing out to the fire-pit, RV gate area. These cameras do record with motion and are used solely for liability purposes. Covered back deck is entirely private and not in view of any cameras. No cameras point towards the home. The host Alicia was great! This was my second time there. Looking forward to returning again visiting Westport for a relaxing and quiet weekend. With a comfortable and clean VRBO.

What an amazing home. Clean and new. Everything works perfectly. Even has a BBQ and a fire pit. Host is very friendly and attentive as well. Absolutely fantastic experience. Dont hesitate to book this property

Lovely home. Wonderful kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook wonderful dinners. Very comfortable beds. My favorite part was the back porch. We had coffee and listened to the birds. Car charger came in handy. Easy access with host was great. Would like to visit again.

Beach stay

We had a wonderful time in such a beautiful home and a fun town. The home is amazing and very well equipped. We will definitely be back. The owners are lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

This is the perfect house. Close to everything and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was clean and well furnished. Heck it was almost like brandnew. The beds were comfortable and thank goodness for the a/c unit. We will definitely put this on the top of our list for our next trip. Alicia was very helpful and communications were flawless. Thank you so much for a great VRBO experience.

Squeaky clean and well stocked

Everything you see is new and fresh. Fluffy towels, crisp sheets. Stocked kitchen. Pet friendly. And close to downtown and clamming beaches.Hosts are on top of it. The outdoor shower was great from turning beach stuff and a dog.

Great family getaway

This house is so charming, beautifully decorated, walking distance to nearby trails, restaurants & grocery store. I brought along many items I didn’t need since the house is so well stocked. We were impressed at how clean the house was & loved our family time together. Alicia was great reaching out to us & helping us with the keypad since I had not read the instructions all the way through. She was so pleasant & quick to respond. I highly recommend this place. Owners were great to work with. We walked a couple blocks to get some delicious pizza at a local brewery. The lighthouse is a nice walk as well.

Amazing time at the cutest little house

The house was all it said and more! We didn’t get to enjoy the back patio due to the rain but look forward to it on our next stay! The homeowner was attentive and amazing to work with! They have it very well stocked with all your basic needs! We would highly recommend this house! This house was so beautiful and set up so cute! Perfect for our stay. They even had toys and other items for my grand baby….made it so convenient.

Clean, well-stocked new home

We took a couple of our grandkids to Westport and stayed three nights at this home. The home was perfect! First of all, the communications with the owners was great! Very prompt in addressing questions before we even checked in. There were lots of towels for bathrooms, beach, and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had plenty of pillows and blankets. The furniture was very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for us. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked!! Everything you could possibly need plus some. Better than any other home or condo we've ever stayed at. The house was clean and well maintained. The heating and cooling system worked well and was easy to use. Great water pressure in the showers. All appliances worked well as did the outdoor gas grill. The backyard was fully fenced for anyone bringing a dog or who has small children. Plenty of comfortable seating outside, too! The location was in close proximity to the grocery store, docks, restaurants, and beach. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay in Westport.

New Beach Weekend Relaxing Retreat

My friends and partner never did a Vrbo and saw this beautiful property in an area of Washington we hadn’t yet explored. We wanted a place we could relax and be close to the beach. This property was the perfect retreat! Initially, there was some minor trepidation with it being a new listing but that quickly went away when I heard from the owners. Alicia has been fabulous before the vacation and during. If I had any questions or concerns, she responded almost instantly via messaging through Vrbo. The house is absolutely spectacular. It’s brand new construction - everything is new inside and out. The AC is cold in the main space. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of spices, pots and pans, and even some coffee. The main bedroom has 2 fans in the closet and 2 extra pillows and blankets. The fans were much appreciated since I like a breeze at night. The car charger outside was fantastic to have since fast charging is difficult in this area. I loved being able to have a full charge the next morning to bop around town. The proximity is nearby to the grocery store and centrally located to beach access and the town of Westport on the water - a perfect location. This is truly one of the best properties around!

We chose the neighborhood for our home because it is centrally located. Easy to drive to the beach, the marina, and the grocery store!
We also chose a corner lot so you only have to have a neighbor on one side of you! It feels more private than most homes in Westport to us when we stay there!

We thoughtfully chose things that we thought all of our guests could use! Some of the best amenities we offer are the outdoor hot water shower, EV charger, 30amp and 50amp hookups for an RV. Also we have lots of space for parking and even a way to park your boat or RV in our back yard behind a closed gate!
