Overall, this place is really cool and a really unique part of Albany that I’ve never really been to downtown. The place was spotless, nice big TV. It was like you were staying at home almost. Had a huge kitchen and this was not really an issue when I thought about it more. but I had an issue with the AC and it was my fault because I waited till way too late to bring it up to them, but the AC had a limit on it, meaning it couldn’t go below a certain temperature, but then I messaged them at like two in the morning and they instantly got back to me and instantly changed it like through their system. The fact that they did that says it all and the response time was shocking at that time of the night, I just wish I would’ve known they were so good at responding because I would’ve messaged them earlier about the AC and they could’ve turned it way lower for me, and trust me, when they turned the AC on, it got super cool in there. I would definitely stay here again, no question. The people around the neighborhood seemed pretty cool. Plus, there’s a place right across the street that serves pizza and stuff till four in the morning, which was awesome. Places just really neat and the people are really good too, and check-in was simple and you get your own parking spot
