Sonoran Sea W603 Beautiful Modern Mexican Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with amenities throughout. Enjoy this luxurious custom romantic private condo in one of the most exclusive gated resort communities in the Sandy Beach community of Puerto Penasco. Amazing views of Sandy Beach and Rocky Point are unobscured from the private patio of this romantic haven. Just steps away from the sand and a quick walk to restaurants, nightlife, and fun excursions. This condo will leave you longing to return over and over again.

Light and airy with a Modern Mexico flare, this condo offers a fresh full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master suite has a king bed, balcony access, and attached private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both have their own TV's. The resort allows for 6 people in a 2 bedroom condo including children over 2 years old. This condo has free Wi-Fi.

Guest wristbands are provided at the resort desk and check in to the condo is with Smart Lock. Wristbands allow access to all the resort amenities, including 3 pools, a swim up bar, a jacuzzi, a Sport Court with tennis, basketball, & pickle ball, a gym, and a kid's play area. The Sea also boasts the Restaurant de Ramon inside the resort, a favorite with locals and visitors.

Guest wrist bands available at the resort desk. Smart Lock condo check in. Resort staff is available to answer resort property questions. A host is always available to answer other questions you may have, simply send a message through AirBNB.

The Sonoran Sea resort is within walking distance to other wonderful places in Sandy Beach, including Chango's Bar, Garufa Steakhouse, Sonoran Grill located in the Sonoran Spa, and the best place for live music, Banditos Cantina.

Parking is free and driving around this small town is pretty easy. Be prepared for heavier traffic around Rocky Point and the Malecon.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
The resort requires that the guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

Absolutely great experience. John made it extremely easy to get in & out of the condo. The resort area is in a great location for food, fun, & relaxation. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

Fall Break Vacation

We had so much fun and kids loved it so much and were planning already for our future vacation. Love the location, being it just in front of the beach and so many great restaurants nearby is a big plus.

Sonoran Sea Gem!

We stayed in this condo at the Sonoran Sea in June 2025 and it is a gem. This suite is on the 6th floor and has amazing views of the water. The pool area is amazing for both kids and adults and I especially loved the palm umbrella area on the beach. This suite provided boogie-boards and an umbrella for us. We could cook and do laundry in the condo. The price of this condo is reasonable too and fit 6 of us comfortably. I would bring powder laundry detergent if you plan to do laundry. Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a fabulous time.

Great Stay in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)!

Beautiful view and excellent updated unit at the Sonoran Sea. We could not ask for more. The location is a plus with the food, drink and entertainment within walking distance. Thanks again John!

Beautiful Sunrise each day from bed!

We had 7 great nights in this beautiful condo. The highlights are: Seeing sunrise from bed each morning. Comfy beds and furniture. Beautiful patio. Overall great looking place, including flooring, kitchen and furnishings. Beach is clean and vendors offering everything from food, drinks, jewelry etc to massages.

Check-in was very slow. Gate attendant seemed to be overwhelmed by every car entering. We had a line of 5 cars entering and just one person having to check parking pass, license plate and same went for cars exiting the lot. So he had to keep going back and forth. Super slow when entering or leaving the lot. Unit itself was nice. Although we weee concerned that the ceiling fan was getting ready to fall down on us, it was wobbling so bad. We also found a bottle cap on the floor on the bedroom and one in the living room. Rest of the unit was clean. We did have an issue with the key pad on the door malfunctioning, but after about 25 minutes of phone calls and texts the issue was resolved. Just be prepared, the front desk is absolutely no help at all. Balcony was large and spacious and clean. Washer and dryer in unit, which was nice. Pool was clean and not crowded at all. Overall, a good stay. Recommend.
