You will have access to the entire suite. This is a lower level, basement suite with it's own separate entrance on the side of the home.

No access to the backyard as that is for the upper units sole use.

There is on street parking that is easy to locate. You are also welcome to park directly behind the home in the area beside the garage.

Note that stairs are required to enter the suite.

The train can take you into downtown within 20-minutes and to Stampede within 28-minutes
At the C-Train station there are many other bus routes that depart from that location
