Thank you for the 4‑star review and for staying with Liquid Life. Glad the condo matched the photos, the view and patio were highlights, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and backup appliances worked well for you. Sorry about the TV outage and the inconvenience of multiple technicians and the open‑door traffic while they worked — that’s not ideal. We appreciate your patience while the satellite dish was repaired and will work with our vendors to minimize disruption and secure the unit better during any future repairs. Apologies also for the leaking master shower. I’ve reported it to our maintenance team to be repaired and prevented going forward. If you’d like us to follow up, please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates. Hope to host you again.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad you found check-in easy, the kitchen well stocked, and enjoyed the ice maker, comfortable furniture, and balcony. We appreciate you sharing about the emergency alarm situation and are glad everyone was safe. We hope to welcome you back for a more relaxing and uninterrupted stay in the future.

Hi Beky, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay but apologize for the inconvenience with the parking pass. We'll work with the rental company to improve this process and ensure better availability of the parking attendant in the future. We hope to host you again soon.

We’d love to host you again for an even smoother experience next time! 😊🏖️

Your comments about the parking process and staff interaction are noted and will be shared with the appropriate team for review. We appreciate your honest input and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
