I visited almost every day during the week,and the concierge is at the Villa 24 hours a day, Each time to ask if everything was fine, Each time I was answered everything was good!!! - The refrigerator is completely clean inside, There are actually some rust spots at the bottom of the doors outside, Due to the fact that many customers close the doors with their feet, this fridge is exactly 13 months old, It is the 3rd that I change in 5 years of rental. - I must admit that the writings on the oven are not very visible, but I am not an oven maker or a glasses seller. - There are two coffee makers available, 1 paper filter coffee maker and we offer ground coffee. and 1 Nespresso machine and we offer the capsules. The espresso machine worked for the first 4 days, the 5th day no longer works, It's christmas day, i didn't find a place for repair, And I couldn't buy another one, because it's not available in las terrenas. I know a lot of villas that would bill the machine. - Yes there is voluntarily no plug in the kitchen sink, because it has filters to avoid clogging the pipes, I admit that washing the dishes under running water, It’s is not very ecologic ... It takes a day to fix everything, and I didn't want to do it during the clients' stay, especially it really didn't bother much.
