Family spring break trip

Stayed 2 nights during a spring break trip. Place was clean, check in was easy, host was very communicative.

Got this home for 3 nights. The negatives- The sleeper sofa was not useable unless you want to move the other couch. The floors were scratched up where others had done this. We spent the first night locked out of the main bathroom. Alerted the company at 430 as soon as we checked in but nothing was done until the next day. There were loose tiles in the floor. A missing panel in the drop ceiling in the stair way. Half of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Positives for this it was location, close to everything. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was clean and a short walk. The ac kept it nice and cool. The kids loved the pool table. The home accommodated my family of six comfortably.

Regarding the marks on the flooring, we have confirmed that they were caused by furniture being moved over time. The condition has been reported to both the property owner and our Operations Team, as the flooring will likely require sanding and refinishing to fully restore its appearance. The cabin was very clean and in good condition. We did run into an issue when we first arrived where the code from the website did not work but customer support sorted it out. Beds were on the stiff side but not too bad. The road leading to the cabin was steep and narrow right before parking but overall this was a very good area to stay in!

Location was convenient to downtown Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean and had provided soap, paper towels, etc that wasn't expected so that was a nice touch and appreciated. Large spacious cabin, even though there were just 2 of us staying it was nice to have extra room. Hot tub was nice and we liked the screen porch. We had an issue with the door code not working when we arrived and it took some time to figure out. Customer service was friendly and helpful, but they should be given several access codes to avoid this in the future. Overall a nice stay with comfy accomodations. Recommend if you have a large family because the cabin is very spacious.
