This 2-bedroom, 2 bath is centrally located, just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Atlantic Ocean and Fripp's Lovely Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club and more. This property will comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.

The vivid colors throughout the home make it a happy place for all. The 2 bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with bright, vivid paint and bedding. The primary bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, and the guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. The guest bath has a step-in shower with dual shower heads, and the primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the laundry room. Enjoy the screened-in porch, complete with rocking chairs and ceiling fans.

Features of the home include 3 Smart TVs, 2 in the bedrooms and 1 in the living room. There is high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. This property is currently streaming only, allowing you to access your favorite streaming applications. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house allowing you to wash off after the beach. A charcoal grill is available for your use, with seating to allow for relaxing with the family and taking in the scenery. This home is located on the popular Davis Love Drive, surrounded by the Ocean Creek golf course. The kitchen has a Keurig and drip coffee maker, along with full size appliances and kitchenware to allow you to stay in and cook if you choose.

The View:
The furnished screened-in porch is perfect for enjoying the outdoors with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon drink. There is a great view of the golf course from the screened-in porch.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
