Fuldt møbleret 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser beliggende i hjertet af Bonifacio Global city, enheden har et separat køkken og en spiseplads, master's soveværelse har en queensize seng og det andet soveværelse har 2 enkeltsenge, alle værelser har aircondition enhed endda stuen. Køkkenet har et køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og komfur / ovn, brødrister og vandkedel. Det er også udstyret med gryder og pander og Kina-varer. Enheden har fladskærms-tv med kabel, og vi leverer gratis wi-fi i enheden. Vi leverer også friske håndklæder, sengetøj, shampoo og sæbe. Vi har en 24 sikkerhed, fitnesscenter og pool i bygningen. På første sal finder du også en 24-timers praktisk butik, vaskeri, rejsebureau, pizza-sted og banker. Vi er en blok til SM Aura, Bonifacio High Street og Market Market Mall, det er gåafstand til shopping, film og restauranter.

Great Location!

Walking distance to High Street and Market, Market, was perfect location. Florian was great with responding to questions. Though would have appreciated a few more towels with our stay being for 7 days. Condo was perfect size for the 4 Adults.

Convenient and comfortable.

Great location! Wonderful host! Walked to our favorite restaurants and even had laundry service by the laundromat just outside the building. They do a great job, you get your clothes folded already. We were pretty comfortable staying there. Check in and check out was a breeze. Love the fact that it is almost centralized air conditioning since all rooms including their living room have their own unit.

Location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Rain or shine, we enjoyed our daily walk to SM Aura, Market Market and the restaurants around the area. We even walked up to High Street. The area is very safe. The unit is clean and comfortable for us. The owner is very responsive. They are thoughtful enough to provide few pockets of 3 in 1 coffee and water bottle, a small bottle of shampoo and body wash so we didn’t have to rush to the store as soon as we checked in. This was very nice. There’s laudrymat downstairs and 7-eleven & McDonald’s next door. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay here.

Not having regular TV, didn't help a picture of TV, but need to use U tube?, pool can not be used of Friday thru Sunday if ur short term guest, 1 key, for ur elevator use so family has to work that out if ones at pool and other wants to leave, was not best experience for us.

Welcoming and safe home away from home

This property is ideally located in BGC. It is walking distance to a lot of points of interest, including SM Aura Premier. The surrounding area is very safe and the building itself has 24/7 security guards at the gate and in the lobby. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is a selling point in that the condo is very spacious and with the 2 bathrooms, it affords a lot of privacy. The condo is well-kept and very clean with all the usual comforts of home. Lastly, communication with both Florian and Delfin went smoothly with prompt replies to our questions. I highly recommend staying at this property..

It’s just a perfect home away from home in BGC.

The condo unit is clean, cozy with the basic necessities. Ideal for 4 occupants. It’s walking distance to Market Market, Bonifacio High Street & a good 10 minutes drive to McKinley Hill. Florian (owner) is nice & easy to deal with & accommodating. Delfin is readily available & reachable when we had the A/C problem. He came & fixed it. I would highly recommend the place.

In the heart of BGC!

I was traveling for work but brought my family along for a family trip! Florian's place was walking distance to EVERYTHING, including my client's office. Check in and check out was smooth. All the amenities were there for us and the condo was very comfortable. They were doing a modernization of the elevators while we were there so waiting for an elevator at peak times was sometimes a bit long...but a very minor detail in all! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return, if Florian will have us!

The place to be in BGC

This vacation property is a gem. It has the convenience of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate large living room, dining, and kitchen areas. The location is also very convenient with its close proximity to the airport as well as walking distance to SM Aura and many restaurants. It even overlooks a park for those who want to take an early morning walk/run. The place itself is very safe and welcoming with friendly security guards to greet us as we enter the glossy, modern lobby. Florian is very easy to communicate with as she responds quickly and is very helpful and accommodating. I’ve stayed at other condos in the Metro Manila area in the past but this place tops them all. I highly recommend this property and have already booked it 3 more times throughout my stay in the Philippines this year.

Home Away From Home

I was very impressed about the check-in and check-out process … Florian was very considerate of her renters’ needs by adjusting our check-in and check-out times in accordance with our flight arrivals and departures … she also allowed us to leave our luggage’s in the apartment for free while we travel to Singapore in between our 14 day stay … The apartment is very cozy, exactly as it’s pictured, and the location is easily accessible … There are things that could have made our stay better, such as, a softer mattress to sleep in and a faster heating oven to cook in … but these are trivial compared to the overall excellent stay in her apartment… I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE!!! Thank you, Florian, for making our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Ideal location for a BGC vacay

This property offers a great value when staying in BGC. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The condo staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The unit is very comfortable and offers all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, if you choose to cook and eat in. Florian is immediately responsive to communications. Thanks for a great stay, Florian !!!Two points of suggestions:1. Please update your Wi-Fi gear as it disconnected our phones and laptops at times.2. Please consider a keycode lock and multiple elevator cards, as having a single physical key and card made it challenging for us to come and go in separate groups.

Cute and comfy but needs a little updating on some necessities

Needs updating on kitchen appliances . Bathrooms need grab bars and mat . Needs blanket. Location is excellent and secured Overall unit is comfortable and great location

Great location

I booked this for my uncle & grandkids who were traveling first time in the Philippines. Florian was very helpful & always reassuring when I have questions. My uncle claimed they loved their stay. Cozy condo

Cozy condo enough for my family of 4. Walking distance to every stores and love that it's close to mercato night market! The condo has everything you need. It's tightly guarded by security but no parking but it's not a deal breaker for me. The booking is a breeze and communication with the owners and caretaker are so easy and response rate is 100%. Thank you for sharing with us your wonderful condo. Highly recommended !

Other than the safety and beauty of BGC, everything is available within walking distance, from flower shop, to fruit stands, filipino delicacies, shoppings ,restaurants, theaters and 2 malls and not too far from the airport.The best place to be when in Metro Manila. Not only you are safe walking around even at night but its also the place where your cravings are satisfied, from Korean to Chinese, to Japanese, to Malaysia. Taiwanese, Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish ,Thai or American food you can find them everywhere, from High-end to low-end. Craving for Taho ? Binatog? Or balot ? You can find them nearby. Other than McDonalds, Jollibee, Kentucky Fried Chicken , Popeye or Kenny Roger's. Shakeys, Pizza Hut , Chow King, Greenwich, Mang Inasal, all under one roof. Coffee to start your day ?Starbucks is just around the corner from our property, or maybe you like Seattles Best or Coffee bean instead or Tim Horton from Canada, available as well. Can't talk enough of how great our location is, You don't need to go to different provinces to have a taste of their local delicacies, infront of Market Market, there are Kiosks, that represents each region where you can find pasalubongs , be it from Baguio City, Pampanga, Ilocos, Bicol, Iloilo, Bulacan, Cavite and more.Can't talk enough of how great our location is.
