You will love this beautiful newly constructed king bedroom with one bath cottage located adjacent to the Jones von Drehle Vineyard in Thurmond, NC. The location is perfect for a weekend stay in the beautiful Yadkin Valley Wine country. The cottage has everything you will need for a relaxing getaway.

The master suite has a beautiful walk-in shower and provides a great place to unwind and relax after a visit to the vineyard or a hike on one of the many trails nearby at Stone Mtn park. The spacious open concept living. kitchenette provides a beautiful backdrop for your stay. You can enjoy a glass of wine or an early morning cup of coffee as you enjoy the tranquility of nature on your private porch. This unit has a small kitchenette with no stove top. We have a toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator/freezer

Great property in a cozy mountain setting

This was a perfect get-away for my wife and I. The cottage was as advertised and it was perfectly kept. There is a vinyard nearby that we visited for a tasting and we purchased a bottle of wine to share over a dinner that we made at the cottage. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I loved this cabin! The property is gated and has just two other cabins in its little neighborhood. Very private and secure. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for a quick weekend away. If you are planning to cook, be advised that there is not a cooktop or oven, which was fine with us but may be a consideration for others/longer stays. Convenient to Sparta, Elkin and several great wineries. We would 100% stay there again.

Great cozy little cabin. Close to Elkin. A little pricey to not have a full kitchen but it's brand new so maybe that's why. Would recommend staying here especially if you are checking out the vineyard nearby.

Great couples getaway

The cottages are new and clean. The proximity to the wineries, and especially the Jones von Drehle, which borders the rentals provides entertainment and options for couples needing a break from the stresses of life. Nearby is the town of Elkin, which has nice options for food, wine, breweries, and entertainment. The property owners are communicative and responsive, and very helpful when I left a shirt onsite. I highly recommend these rentals.

Lovely cottage

The check-in process was easy and the clear directions to the right of the door were clear. The cottage was new construction and there is so much natural light on a sunny day. The living room furniture and the bed are so comfortable. We attended a Sip and Savor Event at the Jones Von Drehle Winery which is nearby. It was the perfect location. We would stay here again! The communications with the owner and the property manager were timely, and helpful. Thanks!

Cottage in the Woods

Beautiful little cottage. Gated which was a plus. Spacious and comfortable for a small space. Beautiful shower. Large dressing/workspace with a desk just off the bedroom. There is a pretty fireplace that I believe to be electric but did not use due to time of year. Nice having a nice charcoal grill. There is no cooktop or dishwasher but we got by without these items.

Perfect little cabin near wineries and Stone Mountain

For two people this is a perfect place to stay for a getaway! Near Elkin and many wineries and also Stone Mountain. Very quiet and relaxing. We loved sitting on the porch - very peaceful in the morning and the evening! The cabin is the perfect size for two people and each space much more than adequate. The shower is beautiful! This is a new build and in time I am sure it will be beautifully outfitted with just a few more things that would have added to the experience.(coffee table, blinds in the bedroom, closet rods) In no way though did it take away from our experience. We will definitely be coming back soon!
