Our spacious condo, located in the historic Victorian Village of Columbus, is walking distance to local eateries, breweries, and coffee shops. Minutes to Downtown Columbus, the Ohio Stadium, Convention Center, COSI, Nationwide Arena, and the Arena District!

Free parking in the garage & free permit parking in the front. Also, ample (metered) parking if needed.

We're pleased to offer two excellent options for our guests:

Free Garaged Parking: Secure and private, our garaged parking accommodates one car comfortably. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your vehicle is sheltered from the elements and safely tucked away. There is a garage at the back of our property you can park in if your vehicle is a small SUV or smaller. If you have a larger vehicle you will need to park on the street. If you need to park in the street let us know and we'll make sure your car is permitted so you can park for free.

Free Permit Street Parking: For added flexibility, we provide free permit street parking. Our convenient permit system ensures you can park worry-free, with easy access to an additional spaces just steps away from the apartment.

If you have **more than one car*** that will need to park on the street you can download the ParkColumbus app to your smartphone or mobile device before your visit to make your trip a breeze. All meter parking is FREE after 10:00pm every day (you just can't stay parked on the street overnight), and all meter and street parking is FREE all day on Sundays and national holidays.

**Note the garage is not suitable for anything larger than a small SUV. If you have a larger vehicle we will get you set up with a guest pass for street parking**

What a warm and comfortable place! Great set up, clean and unique building and location. It’s set on rather a busy street but you wouldn’t know it. Within a mile walk of restaurants and campus just a bit further.

Great Stay

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here! The space was clean and in a quiet location. Jennifer kept in contact with us the entire stay and was always available for any questions we had! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s a short walk (10 minutes) to the Short North!

Great location in Victorian Village

If staying in the heart of one of Columbus's most historic and lovely neighborhoods is what you are looking for, this is the perfect place. The parking is a little complicated, but once you are situated, everting is great. Very responsive hosts.

Perfect in every way

This apartment is well-located in a beautiful neighborhood. You can see from the photos that it is in an older home, and it’s incredibly charming. The hosts provide everything you need and it’s very comfortable (especially the bed, as mentioned in the description). If your car is at all bigger than a Subaru Crosstrek, use the street parking for sure!! Be sure to walk a little bit north to Stauf’s Coffee. I will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay! It was a great experience. The condo was in a central location in a cute neighborhood, easily walkable. There was a grocery store a short walk down and a gas station within a half mile of the condo. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the amenities provided by the host. If you forget anything, they will have likely provided it. It was quiet and felt safe enough for our toddler, who also had a blast. Thank you!

OSU/Indiana Game day trip

My son goes to school at OSU and he is in the Marching band there also. My wife and I decided to visit from California for one of his last performance at the "Shoe". We looked for a place close to campus. This property fit all the things we were looking for in a VRBO. The apartment was just as described in the explanation and was very clean and close to campus. We totally enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there in the future if things worked out for us in the future.

Hi, Sara and Daniel here! We're your primary hosts. Sara is from Columbus, Ohio and has a great love for the city and everything it has to offer. She's an artist, photographer, and host. Daniel is from a small town about an hour away from Columbus. He enjoys experiencing the Columbus and loves checking out the tourist things to do here. We love hosting because creating amazing guest experiences fills us with joy! Nothing makes us happier than accommodating travelers, making sure the homes is clean and feels nice, and chatting with our guests via the messenger platform.

Victorian Village is a highly sought after area due to its downtown location, just streets away from the most popular city happenings, and because of it's beautiful and friendly neighborhood.

Victorian Village is full of history and gorgeous Victorian style homes. With eclectic and ornamental architectural features, brick side streets, and mature trees, walking down the streets of Victorian Village feels like a movie set. Peering out the window of the condo, you experience a a comfortable city life with blooming and colorful landscapes, stained glass windows, and colorful exteriors.

The area is known locally owned unique establishments- including one-of-a-kind restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and retail. This neighborhood offers an appreciation for the arts, theatre, and botanicals.

Our space is unique because it's curated to reflect the best of the Columbus by locals who love, appreciate, and understand everything this beautiful city and neighborhood has to offer. With amazing guest reviews, eclectic decor, many amenities, and the spacious layout of the condo, guests are sure to have a comfortable stay and great experience. It's not often that you find a condo in the city in such a safe and beautiful neighborhood. While being so close to city life, it doesn't always feel like it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo is mostly quiet from the main streets. Finding parking downtown for residents can prove difficult - since we have our own garage and optional parking permits, it makes visiting the city a breeze. Often times, short-term rentals are either a studio or a large home - we love that we can offer a spacious 1 bedroom that is neither crammed nor too large (more expensive) for smaller groups.
