This home features true lake access, which is rare and highly valued in this area—especially for those wanting a weekend adventure with kayaks or paddleboards! However, we want to be fully transparent: we have a dock where you can launch your non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, paddleboard, etc) the shoreline is owned by the State of Ohio, and while guests are absolutely permitted to access it, it is natural, rocky, and not ideal for inexperienced swimmers or children. The entry point is best suited for experienced lake-goers, and may be challenging for the elderly, toddlers, or anyone with mobility concerns. If you're comfortable with nature’s edge and know how to navigate a rockier shoreline, were offer two free kayaks to use at your disposal. You'll love the opportunity to launch directly into the serene waters of North Reservoir.
