The Gray Barn Getaway is located in the hub of New Hampshire’s beautiful Lakes Region and White Mountains. With a backdrop of Mount Whittier and the Bearcamp River across the street, hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, snowmobiling and Club Motorsports are moments away. The famous White Mountains, North Conway and Lake Winnipesaukee are within a 30 minute drive.

This home was designed with the goal of creating a modern, cozy, fun and eco-friendly home for making memories with family and friends. You'll love gathering in the open concept great room, games room, or three-season sunroom, cooking up a tasty meal in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen, enjoying a restful night's sleep in one of four themed bedrooms, or enjoying a starry night by the outdoor fire pit.

- Four bedrooms - king-sized bed on first floor, queen bed and twin beds on second floor, and queen bed in third floor treetop bedroom. Third floor bedroom is accessed by a narrow set of stairs and does not have a door.

- Two and a half bathrooms - first floor has walk-in shower with seat and body jets, second floor with over-sized heated tub/shower, third floor cozy half-bath.

- Three-season screened porch for lounging and dining.

- Game room with classic video game console, wall-mounted Connect 4 and Scrabble, cornhole, board games table, and 55” TV.

- High speed internet and dedicated workspace.

House Rules to Know Before You Book:
- No smoking or vaping inside the home and sunroom.
- The person making the reservation must be 25 or over, and must be staying throughout the reservation: no third party bookings.
- Maximum occupancy, whether overnight or not, is eight people and is limited to registered guests. Any visitors beyond registered guests must be requested in advance.
- The home has exterior cameras for security purposes. These include the front door, back door, garage doors and driveway. Covering or disabling any of these exterior cameras will result in all guests being asked to vacate the property without refund.
- Check-in time is 4 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- No pets, including emotional support animals.


- Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor screened porch or fire pit after 10 pm, but please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful starry nights in Tamworth.
- Fireworks and loud outdoor music aren’t permitted.

Please note: the home is located near Club Motorsports race track and you may hear the sounds of cars on the course between 9 am - 5 pm seasonally.
