The space
This is our personal vacation home. This is not a full time vacation rental. As a result, we love and cherish this property and know you will too!
I've filled the home with lots of fabrics in creams and whites to balance the surrounding desert landscape. I've taken care to create a beautiful, serene and cohesive decor that you'll love.

After exploring Santa Fe all day or visiting the Albuquerque Int'l Balloon Festival, you'll love coming home to a relaxing sauna and a dip in the bright blue pool hanging over the canyon. The sunsets will blow your mind! In the summer you'll have expansive views of the canyon filled with piñon trees, juniper shrubs and desert cactus. In the winter, the surrounding land is sometimes misted with a fine layer of white snow.

The 3 gas fireplaces in the house create a beautiful ambiance in the colder months, while the heated floors keep things nice and toasty. Summer months are kept cool with the stunning travertine floors.

Our home has 3 ensuite bedrooms in the central area of the home. Each of these rooms has either king or queen beds with new foam mattresses and high thread count sheets. These rooms are newly carpeted. The primary bedroom has its own gas fireplace for serene mornings or evenings.
The Bunk Room is accessed from the hallway off of the front living room that leads toward the garage and has 2 full size bunkbeds. This fits 4 perfectly or 8 if needed. This room can also access the Pool Area. (Of course, you may find it easier to go to the pool from the living room.)

The whole house Surround Sound really makes for great family gatherings, girls trips or friend trips. Controlled from the media room but with volume controls throughout the house, you'll be able to lower the volume in specific areas if needed. The pool even has its own volume control.

Please be aware the home is multi-level. While this is a 2-story home with the primary suite on the 2nd floor, it is truly multi-level. To descend from the entry/upper living room/front bedroom you will need to walk down several large steps to a landing and then another 3 large steps. It is not possible to access the kitchen without going down at least a few steps and there are no bedrooms on the floor that has the kitchen. Please be aware of this for anyone with mobility challenges.
Other things to note
The kitchen comes stocked with coffee, teas, spices, oils, vinegars, flours, sugars and other basic baking & cooking supplies. I keep service for 16+, plenty of stemware and serving dishes. There are enough paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and cleaning supplies to get your vacation started.
