Everything was great, nice and quiet community and pool was pretty quiet, even though it was shared., plenty of seats and spacing even at peak times. Very close to Old Town, Camelback, etc.

Host Danielle communications were great quick responsive and friendly and we found out we have the same last name so this rental was “meant to be”! A great location for us attending AZ bike week rally! Hope to be back next year! Happy renting to all!!

We had such an enjoyable stay! Our host was responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were doing ok. She had lots of little fun perks at the house like sunscreen and sunglasses. We had one very small issue and she was immediately at the house and fixed it immediately. It was so impressive how much she cared. We will definitely be back!

The place is in a great spot, and we were able to walk to Old Town. It was just two of us, so it was okay that we had to use the second shower because the primary shower didn’t get hot water. The host brought a hair dryer when I requested one.

Sweet host

Although we misunderstood that garage and laundry were included, Danielle’s prompt and kind attention made up for it. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and Danielle sharing her original art collection with guests is an amazing and trusting gesture. Thank you for a memorable visi!

Guest showed up at the property at 12:30 wanting early check in, check in is at 4pm. I still got them in by 1:30 and let them leave their luggage at 12:30 which is still a few hours early. Guest then canceled Saturday night and are last night last min. Guest does not know how to use platform and kept sending me inquires not understanding that I can’t send any sensitive information on an inquiry, I asked her several times to use email, text or her reservation, she still continued to send 4 more inquires and then got upset that info was blocked out. I would not rent to this group again. Showing up at 12:30 when cleaning crew was still there was not ok, as I told her check in is at 4 and that I would contact her when it was ready. Expecting to check in 4 hours early and then upset when it was not ready is not a guest I wish to invite back. Then leaving no comment and bad score for only getting a 3 hour early check in instead of 4 hours are not the type of guests I wish to invite back.

I have lived in Old Town since 1999.
I have watched the city grow, but yet the integrity of Old Town remains the same. The best part of hosting is sharing information about this great neighborhood and all it has to offer. I love giving recommendations and then hearing back how much fun my guests had, or how great the food was at a restaurant. The community has so much to offer. It has resort amenities, and is suitable for all ages. There truly is something for everyone. Whether it’s golf, fishing, hiking, walking, sports or shopping it’s all with in walking distance. There are so many Great restaurants. The Entertainment District and spring Training venue is only 3-6 blocks away.

Old Town has it all. Anything you want to do is with in walking distance from the house. There are two grocery stores less than a block away. Tons of shopping and the heart of old town is only a short walk from the house to see and experience the true charm of the city. Whether your into Native American History, or beautiful turquoise jewelry, old town has it all. If you love high fashion Scottsdale Fashion square is incredible. Tiffany’s store, Hermes, Gucci, Nordstrom’s all the greatest designers have a store in the mall. If you are visiting for a celebration there is an entire entertainment district with dance clubs, bars and restaurants.

The Villa San Marcos community offers spacious townhouses with plenty of space. The community offers the following amenities a sparkling pool (heated in the winter months ) and hot tub as well as a beautiful clubhouse. Clubhouse features a full kitchen, plenty of comfy space to relax. A pool table, 80 inch TV, ping pong table, and a sauna. Bathrooms in the clubhouse are equipped with showers as well. Resort amenities and a spacious home in a quiet and meticulously maintained community. Experience your home away from home with all the comforts of your home with resort accommodations! Have it all at this vacation home.

This home is designed to feel like a true home away from home—comfortable, functional, and set up for both relaxation and connection.

Guests enjoy multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, including seating for six at both dining areas, a large comfortable sofa with a 60” smart TV, and a relaxed outdoor setup with sun loungers and a BBQ grill. It’s an easy space to unwind, share meals, and spend quality time together.

The home features three pillow-top beds, a chaise lounge in the primary bedroom, and 45” Amazon Fire Smart TVs in both bedrooms for added comfort and entertainment. Guests also have access to an Xbox, DVD player, board games, and books for low-key family fun.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home—drip coffee maker, Keurig, Instant Pot, and all essential cookware and utensils. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for convenience during longer stays.

For exploring the area, guests can also enjoy two bicycles provided on-site.
