A second master bedroom also has a king bed with flat screen TV and full private bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity sink. The third bedroom has 2 fulls and 1 twin. 

The open living spaces flow together with plenty of seating which is perfect for gathering and enjoying family time after a long day enjoying the world's most beautiful beaches. The kitchen has bar seating for three and dining table for four. The living room is comfortable and boasts a large flat screen TV as well as direct access to the main balcony with pool and gulf views. The unit also has washer/dryer.

Kids and adults will love the easy beach access, tiki bar and grill, new playground, tennis courts and 6,500 sq. ft pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping. Crabby Steve's ocean front bar and grill is right on the property and is the only true gulf front dining experience on all of 30A.
