Welcome to The Holbrook Hideaway! This updated, spacious unit has all of the amenities needed for a stress-free getaway. Located less than one mile to Downtown Plymouth + close to Ann Arbor/Detroit/DTW Airport. This newly renovated 2BR/1 bath unit features a fully-stocked kitchen w/ SS appliances, 55” ROKU TV w/ Netlflix & Amazon Prime, a peaceful & spacious yard with a covered porch + all of the essentials you need for a great getaway! Perfect for couples, girl's trips or small families!

You will have the VRBO entirely to yourself. The entryway to the home is shared with the tenant who resides in the unit upstairs. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury Keurig that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy.

Bedrooms:
We know sleep is important while traveling! The master bedroom contains a King size bed with a brand new, luxury memory foam mattress perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom contains a Queen size "medium-firm" mattress for those who prefer a firmer style mattress. The bedrooms feature blinds + black out curtains + night stands with lamps and closets with hangers for your clothes. There is also an iron and ironing board to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free. The second bedroom night stands have built in USB ports and outlets.

Bathroom:
Updated, spacious bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. There is a non-slip mat in the shower as well.

Living Area:
The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a comfortable, deep-seated, roomy sectional. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A dining table with four chairs compliments the open living area if you like to watch a show while you eat a home cooked meal or heat up some leftovers from a local restaurant downtown!

Good location to walk into Plymouth or walk on Edward Hines Drive for their trails. The cottage was very clean and updated. The King-sized bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Excellent little cottage home, we stayed in the lower level. Another unit upstairs was occupied as well as the garage/detached apartment on the property. Easy to find (in daylight), in a quiet neighborhood, very walkable. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. Host was very responsive too.

This was a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable house to stay in:) It had everything I needed, including the keurig coffee machine, kcups, sugar, and pretty sure even creamer. loved the decor- was trendy and cozy. The house was on a beautiful area of land, and the lawn and landscaping kept up nice. Quiet and safe neighborhood, and the host was very, kind, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared. I'll be back!

The host was extremely helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was perfect for a family to stay and had all of the comforts of home (coffee maker, hair dryer, comfy beds and linens). It was also well lit at night and we felt very safe in the neighborhood! The decor looked straight out of a magazine but felt like home at the same time. We will definitely stay at this location again and others by this host!

Great Place

Conveniently located, responsive host, easy check-in, and very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend!

Great Plymouth location in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bedrooms and a great shower. Big backyard. Overall terrific value.

Great Stay

My family of 5 booked this place while visiting friends in Plymouth. Located in a cute neighborhood, check in was a breeze thanks to the amazing communication from the owner. The place was so clean and had all the comforts of home we needed. Beds were comfy and the water pressure was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Charming home in Plymouth

Great location in Plymouth with easy access to Northville. We spent a lot of time in both towns. Host was amazing- very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful getaway

Hospitality was great. They provided all of the necessities in having a nice stay. Great for a small gathering. The only downside would be trying to find the place because it's sort of hidden. Other than that, the place was great would book again.

Great Experience

Located in a great neighborhood which was very close to highways, restaurants, and shops. It was very quiet and comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 one year olds. We had everything we needed. I plan to stay here again when we come back to Michigan to visit.

Sweet clean little house

Clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with owner. Small kitchen. Enough cookware for a meal, but don’t plan to bake anything. Close enough to middle of Plymouth. Overall nice stay.

Cozy updated accommodations!

We loved this cozy 2 bedroom! It was very clean and stocked with every modern amenity we needed. It was close enough to restaurants and shops (about 1 mile) for us to park our car at the rental and walk. I liked the quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Additionally, I appreciated the prompt and concise communication from the host. This is a great place!

Best VRBO to date!

We had to stay in Plymouth for work. This VRBO was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Felicia for creating such a wonderful home away from home. We didn’t want to leave. Christmas Shopping Weekend

Myself, my best friend, and our moms come from the west side of the state to the east side of the state for a shopping weekend each year. We have evolved from hotel to VRBO rentals now and found this gem of a house for this year. Host was AMAZING! Property was clean, modern, and fit our needs perversely!!! We’ll definitely be back next year.

Michigan Visit

What a wonderful stay in Plymouth! The house was just perfect for our needs. It was so clean and well appointed. We didn't want for a thing. Our host, Felicia, helped us through all the changes, twists and turns of our visit. I would highly recommend this property or the cottage house behind it. But I would definitely highly recommend Felicia! We will be staying here the next time we visit Plymouth.

Beautiful space

The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It looked like a staged home. The kitchen had many great amenities and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Kitchen had great amenities and a great coffee maker. Parking was in front of the house and made packing and unpacking the car a breeze. Host was attentive and easy to work with. Overall a great place to stay. Perfect for visiting Detroit! Side note: Home doesn’t have a washer or drier. It’s not listed but I didn’t realize that when I booked it so that’s my fault for not noticing. Only negative was the lack of central air-conditioning. There was 1 window unit in one master bedroom and a portable a/c unit in the living room that kept the living/ dining room cool. No a/c in the second bedroom which was very surprising. Sleeping in the small bedroom was uncomfortable on the hot and humid nights towards the end of our trip. Because of the lack of consistent a/c in the front of the house, it smells musty - but there are humidifiers in the rooms to try and help. Host said they would be getting a window unit for small bedroom for future guests so be sure to check on that if visiting during the summer.

Such a lovely space! The king bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a window A/C that kept the space perfectly cool during a warm week in June. The neighborhood is quiet, and I was able to walk into town easily for coffee and window shopping. Felicia was a kind and responsive host! If you are planning to do any remote work, you may want to ask the host in advance about including an office chair and/or tray table for your visit...the couch is great, but the dining chairs aren't designed for a long work session.If you enjoy yoga, bring your mat! I was able to create a perfect little space in the large bedroom for my daily practice (pictured).
