Welcome to Madewell Manor, your mini guest ranch and a magical slice of heaven in Pilot Point, Texas! Whether you're exchanging vows, spending time with friends, or planning a peaceful family getaway, our property offers endless possibilities. Here's what you need to know:

We are not part of a multi owned venue company, we take great pride in serving our guests personally and with the highest standards. We are located on our property in separate living structures.

- Accommodation: Our 6000 sq ft country haven features 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath, and other common areas for your comfort.

- Capacity: The listed nightly rate includes accommodation for 10 guests. With prior approval, we may consider up to 16 overnight guests (same guests for the entire stay) with an additional nightly fee. The maximum number of children under 16 as a registered guest is 5.
Any visiting person(s) or additional group gathering/event outside of the registered guests must be approved prior to check in.

- Location: Just 5 minutes outside the historic Main Street of Pilot Point, our property offers easy access to local attractions. We're also 30 minutes from Frisco and Denton and approximately 45 minutes from DFW and Love Field Airports.

- Amenities: Enjoy 4.5 manicured park-like acres surrounded by horses, farm animals, and lake views.
An additional 6.5 acres with an hourly rentable barndo for gatherings are available with a specific request to book 3 days prior to arrival.
While, with a 3 day request prior to arrival, we can make arrangements for trailer parking, no motorized vehicles (incl. ATVs, dirt bikes, go carts, side by side, etc.) are allowed to be operated on the property.

-Refresh in our sparkling pool with a cedar shade arbor, perfect for poolside cookouts or even small intimate marriage ceremonies.

- Outdoor Activities: Relax on our large porch areas, swing under a 100-year-old oak, picnic under a shade tree, or watch the beautiful horses train. Don't forget to count shooting stars from our comfy pool lounges at night!

- Local Attractions: Explore nearby attractions such as Lake Ray Roberts, Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch, wineries, distilleries, and more.

- Gatherings: Host your special gathering in our Event Barndo space on 6.5 acres

The pool area is reserved for overnight guests, and all event details must be approved in advance.

- Catering and Services: We can recommend local vendors for catering, rentals, decorations, and entertainment. All event details must be confirmed before reservation.

- House Rules: Our property is for family and executive use only, with no rave parties allowed. All gatherings must end by 11 pm, and visitors must be off-property by this time. We do utilize outdoor security cameras located on the driveway and front and back door areas, and laundry room.
