On the east side of Seneca Lake, the sun sets over the water and from this private guesthouse for two, you've got a front-row seat. Just 15 minutes south of Geneva, it's a lakefront getaway built for slowing down: direct water access, quiet mornings, and sunsets you'll actually stop and watch.
Inside, the space is bright and thoughtfully furnished featuring a comfortable bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and a cozy living area that opens to the lake. Start the morning with coffee by the water, spend the day out in wine country, and come back for a glass of something local as the light changes over the lake.
Step outside and the water's right there - swim, kayak, or just sit on the dock and watch the evening come in. Bring your own kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes if you like; there's room for them, and local rentals are easy to arrange (just ask).
Guests tell us again and again how private it feels here, even though you're close to everything.
You're right on the Seneca Wine Trail, minutes from award-winning wineries, breweries, distilleries, hiking trails, waterfalls, and a handful of charming towns yet far enough from all of it to hear nothing but the lake and the birds at the end of the day.
Whether it's a romantic weekend for two, a getaway with a good friend, a wine-country trip, or a few quiet days on your own by the water, it's an easy place to unwind.
NOTE: Guests are welcome to enjoy our dock, but we're unable to accommodate boats or jet skis. We're happy to recommend nearby marinas that rent slips.
