The Pearl is a 1920s cottage newly renovated and ready to pamper her guests. Once you step inside, you will be transported back in time to the charm and essence of the gilded age. Our accommodations are beckoning you to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of Old Town in a ultraluxe jewel box suite. We are located just a few short blocks from the Georgetown square and Southwestern University. We can't wait to host you. You will drift right to sleep in the King size bed and luxury linens. Great property walking distance from downtown. Well equipped kitchen with a great coffee, espresso machine. All coffee was provided as well as bath essentials. Quiet neighborhood that was very walkable although it was very hot(August). Our host answered any questions promptly. Very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again!

This was an excellent little house to stay at. We came for a short weekend to hike the Inner Space caverns and go to a Volts game. The house is nicely located right next to down town we were able to walk to the Second Saturday farmers market. I would highly recommend and we have already started making plans to return!

The Pearl was beautifully designed and comfortable. Amy, the contact of the property, thought of everything you might need for your stay and convenience. The area is quiet and centrally located near to the historic downtown. We have booked another trip for this winter!

This little house is the absolute best! Terrific location just off the square, darling front porch to watch the world go by, and incredibly thoughtful and fun touches throughout. Fun and funky decor, snacks to enjoy, every conceivable appliance, eye masks and robes, espresso machine - you name it, Amy thought of it! We can’t wait to return!!

There are not enough adjectives to describe this house. We needed overnight accommodations and our needs were blown out of this world. We walked to the square for dinner, sat on the front porch in the evening and again in the morning with our coffee. The house is adorable, beautiful and comfortable. But most of all CLEAN. It is a place I will book again Thank you Amy

This was a great place to stay. It is very convenient, being walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on the Square, but far enough away to be quiet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. On top of all that, the place was beautifully decorated, which made it a pleasure to come “home” each evening.

I had stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes. This was one of the cutest and cleanest locations I have stayed in. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was perfect for my mother-daughter getaway. We would 100% recommend and stay there again. The attention to detail was exceptional.

If you are looking for THE most adorable place to stay in Georgetown, you cannot go wrong with this precious cottage. It’s beautifully appointed with the most comfortable king size bed. The retro kitchen with the pink appliances may be the cutest kitchen I’ve ever been in. And don’t forget the selection of delicious treats from local places. It’s really one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in anywhere.

The Pearl cottage is absolutely charming - a perfect place to stay and relax while in the area. The house is beautifully styled, clean and very well maintained. Lots of extras too! We enjoyed the welcome snacks, coffemaker, luxurious bedding and quiet neighborhood. Amy (host) is responsive, so helpful and friendly. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at this historic house. If there was ever a place you kind of want to keep secret, it is definitely this place. The house is extremely beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. You actually don’t want to leave. The host was amazing. We will definitely try to stay there again.

We love the Georgetown and Old Town community. You can easily walk to the Square and enjoy the shops, restaurants, farmers market, San Gabriel river and park, live music, walking trails and events. While Georgetown is a fast-growing city, you can't help but feel transported back in time when you take a stroll around the Square. You will be greeted with a warm Welcome everywhere you go.
