Two master suite bedrooms are located on the main floor: one bedroom master suite includes a king bed, 43" HDTV and full bathroom with standup shower; other bedroom master suite includes a queen bed, 43" HDTV and full bathroom with standup shower.  Two bedrooms and the common area are located upstairs: one bedroom includes 2 single beds and window AC unit; other bedroom includes 2 single beds; common area includes full bed.  Large bathroom with trough sink, tub, and shower on main floor.  The large front porch with 2 seating areas waiting for you to sit and sip your morning coffee or your nightly beverage. 

The property is pet friendly with a limit of 3 dogs and must be pre-approved. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 for 1 dog and $50 fee for each additional dog up to 3 dogs total.
