A cute comfortable home in a great location close to beach. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding good quality. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. The wifi was excellent which doesn’t happen everywhere. We were offered a late checkout by rental agency but were left wondering on the last morning if we had to pack up and be out on time or not. When we communicated as to ask what was happening, we were told they had to have a meeting…. and were then denied the late checkout. It left us confused as to why they initiated the offer. Outside of that, it was a great stay.

Very nice stay in Seaside

We’ve stayed in other units along Seaside and this was by far the best location. The beach access is fantastic and the beach itself is a great place to see hermit crabs, sand dollars, starfish and more! Unit was clean and well-stocked. A very nice location!

4th of July Beach week

The house was perfect for our family size. The neighborhood was nice and the beach was a 2 min walk away. We enjoyed walking the board walk to town. We would stay there again!

Family vacation to the west coast

very nice HOME- within walking ditance to the beach Bed's were very comfortable and the whole entire house was great with everything that we needed. The ping pong table was a plus- my 4 kids loved it and played for hours and they actually got along Thanks for the amazing stay

Quiet seaside neighborhood

Nice and clean home, with all the amenities that we needed to relax on our anniversary trip.. comfortable beds, plenty of room for the two of us and easy entry and exit process from the property... we will definitely come back to this place in the future.

6 of us had a great and comfortable stay overall, with 2 elderly. The place is very nicely and tastefully decorated, with comfortable clean beds and furniture. The pullout sofa was comfortable, and even the other sofa was comfortable to sleep 2 nights on. The host company was very communicative and easily reachable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and location is really nice, just 15 minutes drive from Cannon beach, and 30 minutes from Astoria (which we visited both). This is easily a 5 star spot, but I unfortunately had to take 1 star off. We planned the trip to use the outdoor grill for a big birthday bbq dinner, and had confirmed with the property that there was one included in the rental. Once we were there, the grill was working, but the grates were partly unusably rusted, so that was a bit disappointing. Both bathroom sinks were a bit clogged, which becomes a problem with 6 guests, and I felt should have been checked and addressed between each booking.Again, host was very communicative. I would strongly consider booking this property again after checking with the host that those were addressed.

The Grey Oak house was as listed. The beds were quite comfortable, and it was really nice having two king size beds for our family. The neighborhood is lovely and was quiet during the stay. The place was clean, and had adequate linens and toiletries. When the power went out the host was quick to respond to us and find out what was going on. We would stay here again.
