My name is Jim. I’m a single Father to 3 young adults. I’m a real estate broker, into house flipping, land development and built my first vacation rental on Lake Norman near Charlotte NC. I added a Beech Mtn condo for snow skiing. Now I've added a Hilton Head condo so walk to the beach! I'm an avid traveler. Exploring, vacationing, learning new cultures makes me a happy man.
