Views were gorgeous. House was great for a family of 6. Some deck rails were lose and a bit concerning with a 2 year old. We saw Dolphins multiple days in a row. If staying longer than a weekend and doing laundry, I would recommend bringing laundry detergent and dish soap/sponges for dishes. Only 2 dishwasher pods are provided. We did have an issue with the washer, and while it wasnt able to be fixed during our stay, the host was very responsive and sent maintenance to try and fix the issue. I believe a new washer was being ordered. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys under the deck. We did bring our own, but it's nice to know that the house has some as well if you want to pack light. Location was great for walking to some local restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach House Stay

The location and beach views of this townhome were absolutely stunning! The beach was beautiful, everything was conveniently located nearby, and our family of eight, including six children, felt very safe throughout our stay.Unfortunately, the condition and upkeep of the property were disappointing. There was trash and old beach equipment scattered behind the property, to the point that others commented on how trashy it looked. We found at least 20 dead flies near the sliding glass door, which also did not lock securely. The washing machine was broken, moldy, and had a terrible odor that left our clothes smelling like sewer water. There was also a large hole in the wall, a cracked ceiling, and a hanging light fixture in the laundry room. The upstairs bed was extremely uncomfortable, with such a large dip in the middle that my husband and I constantly rolled into each other.Overall, the location, beach access, and views were wonderful, but the property itself needs significant maintenance, cleaning, and attention. With proper upkeep, this could be an incredible vacation rental. Unfortunately, the condition of the home took away from what otherwise could have been a fantastic stay.

We had a great time at the condo. Girls beach trip. Lots of great restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance. Right on the beach! Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful beach and stretch of ocean and not crowded at all. Would definitely come back for another visit!

Beach Getaway

We had a great time at the beach house. Perfect view, clean place, lots of space for the 6 of us. Good neighbors on both sides. Beautiful water and you literally step off the porch steps onto the beach!

The townhouse was very clean with a wonderful view. We had a great week. Everything worked as it should, with convenient location. The only thing that I could complain about would be the parking, very little room between cars, hard to get in and out.

My hubby and I enjoyed this beachfront townhome. The master bed was very comfortable. The oceanfront views are captivating. The weather in mid Sept was perfect. I'd say the water is about 85 degrees in shallow. The only cons would be the loud Whiskeys bar directly across road and the master bedroom tv is like 19 inches, very small. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant and relaxing vacay.

I would rate the property 3.5/5 and we would stay again. The vegetation was extremely overgrown on the pathway to the beach - we had to wear shoes or we were covered in painful cockleburs. The secondary bedroom had bunks instead of the additional Queen as pictured, talk about angry adults who had that room! I feel as if these are helpful notes to those who may consider staying here. Management team was amazing, house over all was good.

Communication was quick and responsive. We had an issue with our coffee pot the first day, when I text about it they responded and brought us a new one that day! PCB Beach Trip

Clean, comfortable, good layout, well equipped - had plenty of everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc was appreciated. Only complaint was noisy bar across the street made sleeping in bedroom on that side of house difficult. And one of the beds in that room needs a new set of mattress and box springs.
