Welcome to Puttin on the Pond!
Our stunning mountain view, waterfront villa is located on Plumas Pines Golf Course.
A perfect place for a getaway! This spacious 3 bedroom/3 full bath home is a perfect place for your family and friends to gather, while experiencing the gorgeous waterfront views overlooking the mountains and golf course.
Weather you're sitting outside on the deck with the barbeque fired up, sipping your evening cocktail, or cozying up inside, you'll enjoy the water views, mountain scenery and breathtaking sunsets!
This home features new furniture throughout. Two king beds, and two queen beds with upscale linens and towels. Each room features a TV and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The family room boasts an oversized reclining couch and loveseat.
Grab your favorite game from our stock of classic board and card games for everyone to enjoy!
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary delight. Make your favorite meal (don't forget dessert) and enjoy on our large dining room table with an expansion leaf. We have a full set of outdoor dishes for you to enjoy your meals on the deck as well.
Although this home does not have A/C, there are fans and windows to enjoy the faithful breeze that mother nature brings in the afternoon. Open up the house and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Puttin' on the Pond is a close drive or a leisurely walk to the golf course, pro shop and Longboards restaurant. Be sure to bring your camera...the views are breathtaking from the top!
The spring/summer activities in Graeagle and the surrounding areas are endless. Offering a Fourth of July parade and fireworks over Mill Pond, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, rafting, horseback riding, multiple golf courses, fishing, award-winning restaurants, breweries and shopping are just the beginning of the adventures that await.

The home was very well furnished and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed. Big deck outdoors overlooking a huge pond and trees and mountains beyond. The Host was always quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back.

Absolutely perfect golf retreat - or any other adventure!

If you are going to the Graeagle area for a vacation, this is an amazing spot to call home for your visit. Even better if you are golfing!!Hosts are amazing and the facilities are everything you need and more. Don’t bother scrolling to check other rentals, this is the spot!!!

Excellent all around experience. We loved sitting out back on the covered deck by the water. The house was very clean and the location was excellent, close to an abundance of trails and restaurants. This was our second time here and we will definitely come back!

This is a very comfortable property with a great layout and a beautiful view of the pond, the golf course and the hills in the background. Check in and out was a breeze, and the unit was well equipped. One tip: Be sure to bring groceries with you, because the nearest grocery store of any size is a half hour a way. But that remoteness is what makes Graeagle a beautiful place to stay.

The unit is very well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need, The beds, bedding and furniture are all new. The owner checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. I would highly recommend the unit.

4th of July Fun

We had a great time staying at this property. The home was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We love Plumas Pines Resort and have stayed at various rentals in this golf community. Our favorite part was drinking our morning coffee on the porch admiring the view of the pines, putting greens and the pond. We love 4th of July in Graeagle and this home was the perfect place for us to recharge!

A nice place to stay

Generally, an enjoyable place to stay. There were several things which could have been better (AC, limited TV access, usable grill on the back deck) but discussed the issues w/owner and I’m sure will be addressed. Rapid response when needed and very concerned about quick resolutions.

Golf at Graeagle

Beautiful setting and clean house with great communication with property manager. Only issue is if you are a tall person the low slanted ceiling in the upstairs bedroom can be a problem. But we will come back.

Great Golf Getaway

Nice villa property right on the Plumas Pines Golf Course. It has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding and bath towels. Didn't pay attention to the notice about no bath products like body wash or bar soap but a quick trip to the local market rectified that. Upstairs shower could use some attention and maybe a night light up there but otherwise we loved our stay. And it was great being able to park in the garage so we didn't have to worry about our golf clubs.

10th Annual 4th of July Family Trip

The property was absolutely perfect for our group (4 adults 2 4YO children) we spent a lot of time at the condo enjoying most our meals outside on the deck admiring the beautiful view. We road bikes through the neighborhood and the kids loved watching the fish swim, feeding the ducks and listening to the frogs in the evenings. The condo was very spacious. It was a little more bare then other places we have stayed (only one roll of paper towels, not enough garbage bags or enough room to put the garbage, no additional cleaning supplies such as disinfectant spray..etc.) parking was a little tricky as we had a small trailer that had to be parked in the garage and two trucks but we made it work. All and all our 6 day trip was nothing less then amazing. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

We have stayed all over this area in the last 30 years and this was the "wildest" experience ever! It was like nice accommodations inside a zoo with animals that were tame and fun to watch. A racoon came up to our backdoor and laid on the mat! Our girls loved seeing it so closely from behind the safety of the sliding glass door. We also were visited by a fox, baby ducklings, and a variety of gorgeous birds. The bullfrogs were fun to listen to each night. We were amazed that the huge sound came from a frog. Deer are everywhere in this area, but the animals I mentioned were a special highlight as we have only seen them at this property. It is worth renting just for that! Mornings on the deck were so serene. (see photo below) All we heard was the wildlife. My husband enjoyed critiquing the golfers as they came by. Another highlight was stargazing. It is beautifully dark and quiet at night in this neighborhood, and we laid on the ground several nights and watched the sky. A fox ran by us then too. :) The host, Le Ann, was readily available and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back. It's a slice of heaven on Earth. )
