Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Shorefront Beauty", Condo 1920 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 10th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and 8 RFID amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Shorefront Beauty is a beachfront condo located in the Shores of Panama Resort. Perfectly located in the center of the resort on the 19th floor, this middle unit has breathtaking views of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped tropical pool area. Steps from the tropical pool area is the white sandy beach! Featuring two full-size bedrooms, with attached full baths, and one bunk room with twin/full bunkbed with an attached half-bath. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this condo to comfortably sleep 8.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal. There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private extra large balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice! The living area is spacious, with comfortable seating for the whole family. The living room Smart TV' is perfect for movie nights with the kids, if you get a rainy vacation day.

The master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom and sliding door access to the large balcony. You can enjoy the gorgeous views of the tropical pool area, sugar white sand beach and the emerald water of the Gulf right from the master bedroom!. The guest room has a Queen bed, en-suite full bath with washer & dryer. Perfect for the kids, the bunkroom has a twin over twin bunkbed, TV, and 1/2 bath. This condo is complete with everything you'll need for your home away from home on vacation!

This condo is located in Shores of Panama, which is home to the area's largest pool and pool deck, featuring waterfalls, fountains, exotic tropical landscaping, plus fully equipped tiki bars, onsite restaurants, community grills & picnic area, lounge chairs, palm trees, and a large zero-entry pool area which is great for young kids. The huge horseshoe-shaped pool includes private access to the gorgeous beach directly adjacent. This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
