This elegant 3rd-floor condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and stunning beach and ocean views. Luxurious details throughout ensure a peaceful and delightful stay by the shore. The Mackey House beach condo features an open floor plan that allows guests to move seamlessly from room to room in a spacious layout.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a tiled foyer that leads to the "great room" housing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room is equipped with a large television, comfortable sofa, chairs, and glass doors that open to a balcony, offering endless sea views that extend into the horizon. Step outside to relax on the private balcony with ample outdoor seating.
The well-equipped kitchen in this condo is fully stocked with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, juicer, and microwave. Guests can enjoy meals at the bar, which seats four, or gather around the dining table with seating for six.
The Mackey House beach condo boasts 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a flat-screen television, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Beautiful condo overlooking the beach. Very clean and plenty of room for 6 adults. We spent many days either down on the beach or reading from the porch and listening to the waves. This location is one of the best we've stayed at on Tybee as it is very close to the beach, but also to many restaurants just down the street. Host quickly responds. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is exceptional. The location is great, we walked to local restaurants, there is an elevator to the 3rd floor, the porch, I cannot say enough about this view and comfort. We used it a lot on our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy towels. We did not cook but very well could have with no problem. The owner Trey was attentive and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat!! Tybee!

Tybee Spring Break
The property was great. Good location, easy parking, clean and well-decorated. Walkable to several restaurants and the pier and very easy access to the beach.

Great mother/daughter trip!
We had a wonderful time at Trey’s condo! Loved waking up and looking out over the water. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable as well! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Tybee Island beautiful oceanfront condo
The condo was roomy enough for 7 of us, with a teen sleeping comfortably on the couch. We were just steps from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shops. Weather was perfect for boogie boarding and beach combing.

Everything in this unit is beautiful from the colorful and beach feel inside to the views and balcony, adequately stocked, only thing missed was regular coffee pot, this unit is single serve Keurig Cafe style, having both would give choice and keep other coffee drinkers happy. Really Nice overall.

Nice unit with a fabulous view
The unit is nice, fresh, clean, with comfortable beds. The best part is that the covered deck looks out on the ocean. A breeze keeps it comfortable. Lovely place to hang out and read, relax, whatever.

Sporting event in Savannah
We came to the area for a team sports competition in Savannah and wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle. This place was a perfect retreat for our family. Well stocked kitchen, spacious, very clean. We loved mornings and nights on the covered deck. Minutes to the beach and shops and restaurants. Wonderful place, amazing views, made us love our time on Tybee.

Lovely location, great condo
Perfect! We came for beach time and Savannah history, this location let us have both.
Of course, our last night was hurricane Helene, so we probably left things less than perfect (power out), but we’d love to come back!

Great location!
The location is in the heart of Tybee for walking to eat or some local shopping. Great place to see the sunrises and surfing. Great amenities for cooking. Only suggestion, if you like a dark room to sleep in, if you are in the master bedroom bring sleep masks. Quite bright early in the am without a window covering. That being said, GLORIOUS views!

Spring Break Tybee Island
My wife and I stayed at this property during her spring break. (School Teacher in VA) The property is everything it appears to be. Steps from the beach with a very large porch/balcony overlooking the ocean. Morning sunrises were spectacular. Condo is well appointed, modern and extremely clean. The owner (Trey) communications were outstanding and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Tybee Island.

We were sold when we saw the pictures of the porch overlooking the ocean, with the tall red red chairs, and were not disappointed! The porch was roomy and well appointed with plenty of seating options to enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the waves rolling to shore. The shade came over around noon, keeping it cooler than it was in the morning sunlight. It was easy to relax inside too, with a comfy couch in front of a large screen TV with the sliding glass doors to the porch allowing the ocean sounds into the condo. The decorating throughout the condo was fun and made it feel as if were in a person’s home rather than a rental. Large farmhouse style dining room table was nice. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed to cook our meals. While a Keurig coffee maker was provided, K-cups were not. I do wish we could have brewed a tradition pot of coffee. We did appreciate the 4-slice toaster for our bagels tho! The fridge was large with lots of freezer space and it dispensed ice and filtered water. The bathrooms were as nice as could be being brightly lit with big fluffy towels and lovely scented soaps. The hardwood floors made it easy for my sister to navigate her wheeled walker throughout the place. We were happy with the quiet location with private parking behind the building and were thrillled that we could park right next to an elevator to unload our car. Overall, my three sisters and I voted this and outstanding place to stay.
