Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.
A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.
Q: Are you Pet Friendly?
A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...
Q: May we smoke on the deck.
A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..
Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?
A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.
Q: Is there a Grill.
A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).
Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?
A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.
Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!
A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.
As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Very clean, adorable decorations, easy access to the unit, centrally located. If you are looking for a nice unit within walking distance to downtown area, this is perfect for you. We took an uber downtown but walked back to the unit. Great place to stay!

Everything about this stay was great!! Close to dining. Free covered close parking!! Beautiful view on patio. The place was clean and decorated so nicely! Had everything we needed!! Bed were comfy! TV in every room. Will be back

This was our 2nd time staying here. Very clean and accommodating. Host was awesome and answered our questions. We are planning another trip to Nashville and will definitely be staying here again. Absolutely love the animals, 2 coonies(my favorite) and 2 groundhog. They were so cute just wandering the yard and if they noticed you they get in back legs and stand up for you to give them something. The condo was very clean, roomy and comfortable!Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay while visiting!!!

The location is a pretty short distance to Broadway. We felt very safe and enjoyed the short stroll to live music, shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean, stocked with everything you need including a wonderful coffee bar. We were very comfortable and look forward to our next visit! Thank you so much

Clean property and great hosts. We were able to check in early which was a lifesaver when you’re in Nashville early and have luggage that you so would otherwise have to tote with you. Please note that if you are going to Nashville expecting to walk from this property it is quite a way. We took Lyfts everywhere. Walls are a little thin, hence all of the ear plugs provided in the condo. We enjoyed the property and the balcony facing the river

We also appreciate you pointing out the transportation and sound considerations. While some guests do choose to walk (12 minute walk to Broadway), many prefer ride share services ($7-$9) to get around. Were always happy to offer suggestions to make getting around as easy as possible.
Were happy to were able to grab a photo of the ole General Jackson Steamboat from the condo. Although the river does have traffic, General Jackson is not a daily sighting.

This rental was wonderful! Very clean! And such cute decorations. Short stroll to broadway. Beautiful view of the river. It was great to have the availability of free parking for when we did venture out to do other things. The pool was great- also with a nice view of the river. Loved the layout of the condo. Also the beds were so comfortable! They supplied an abundance of towels which was nice also. Would def come back to stay on a future visit to Nashville

Nice condo. Clean & comfortable beds. Walkable to Broadway but it is about 15 minute walk so just depends. We walked during the day but used Uber at night.

This place is exactly what you see in the photos, right on the river, close to all the fun in Nashville. It’s clean, well stocked, cute, comfortable. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The Riverfront condos are centrally locaed . 7 miles North of Broadway on the Cumberland River in New Germantown. Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
