We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced regarding the soap and towels. An eight-hour delay without follow-through falls short of our standard, and we are addressing this with our local team to ensure guest requests are handled much faster moving forward. We also appreciate you bringing the soap setup to our attention as well. Regarding the stairs, our listing description does state that stairs are required to access the property, but we completely understand how challenging steps can be—especially following knee surgery. Regarding the air conditioning, this concern was not brought to our attention during your stay; had we known, we would have gladly sent someone over right away to check the unit for you. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope you had a safe and smooth journey home.
