Rummelig lejlighed / condo-lejlighed i stueetagen til rådighed til leje i det populære feriested Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton / Sarasota, Florida. Lejligheden ligger inden for et 30 hektar stort kompleks af rolige træbelagte gader med oplyste fortove og seks søer. Faciliteterne inkluderer to opvarmede svømmebassiner, hver med en separat boblebad, to oplyste tennisbaner og bordtennis. Klubhuset har et poolbord, bibliotek, legeplads og grill.

Shorewalk er smukt vedligeholdt og er praktisk til alt hvad du har brug for til en fantastisk Florida-ferie. Supermarkeder, restauranter, biograf og bowling ligger en kort gåtur væk. Anna Maria Island med sine smukke hvide sandstrande og Robinson Nature Preserve ligger inden for 15 minutters kørsel. Der er mange golfbaner i området, herunder Pinebrook / Ironwood, som ligger 10 minutters gang væk. 1 time væk er Tampa med Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino og sportssteder for baseball, fodbold og ishockey. Orlando og Disney ligger inden for 2 timers kørsel.

We did not meet the host but Steve communicated with us several times. The amenities were great. The pools, pickleball, shuffle board,etc. were in great shape. Definitely enjoyed the morning sun on the screened porch. The condo had very nice kitchen items. It was only 10 or so minutes to the beaches which were really nice and plenty of parking, not to forget to mention the tiki bar and music on Holmes Beach. So all in all a nice place to stay.

Family Vacation

Another great stay at this condo in Bradenton. Condo is great! The condo facilities are very nice. Close to groceries and anything else you might need. We enjoy spending time at the local beaches too.

visit Anna Maria Island

Condo is in a convenient location. It's got the basics and it's a nice retreat away from beach congestion. We visited Anna Maria Island, and her beautiful beaches almost every day. We found convenient parking there easily.

Shore Walk Resort

Easy access to beaches. Close to many businesses and markets. Only minutes away from Sarasota Airport. Nice club house and pools. Owner responded quickly to any concerns. Will come back again.

Very nice clean comfortable, good location. Only thing wished light in front bedroom could have been fixed . But we had a wonderful time . Condo and pool area was very nice will definitely be renting again .

Nice spot.

Great time. Well furnished and well stocked kitchenware. Close to shopping. Could use new weather stripping on front door or a new door.

Family Winter Escape

We greatly enjoyed our time at this condo. It was very clean, well stocked, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the morning sun out on the veranda with a cup of coffee. The beds were perfect and the redone bathrooms were great. This condo is an easy ride to the beach and other area destinations. Finally, the owners of this condo communicated well and wanted to know that everything was up to par!!! Thanks for having us we will come again.

Wonderful Solution with Ft Meyers Beach Down

We had booked Ft Meyers Beach prior to the hurricane hitting. Found this property and it worked out perfectly. Spent most days on Anna Maria Island and when we couldn't, at one of the two pools at this facility. The unit itself had everything you could want and the owner was very helpful anytime I contacted him. My back loved the beds here. Never slept better!

Great Location and Nice Condo Development

The location of the condo was great, near everything. The condo development had a nice pool and hot tub. The condo itself was ok, some things were outdated but overall everything worked except for the master shower. The condo was clean, but a deep clean and updating would be nice. The owners were available and promptly answered questions.

Thanks for staying with us and taking the time to write a review Melissa. Sorry you had trouble with the shower. Issues do sometimes occur. The on site maintenance and cleaning teams are always available to help with any issues when reported. In the case of the shower we offered to have the maintenance team check it for you while you were there. They did check it after you left and confirmed all was working OK - so it may have been a misunderstanding on how to use it. We do regularly update the condo and always strive to provide good quality accommodation at a fair price. The condo is cleaned thoroughly after each guest stay and is periodically deep cleaned.

Great condo! Clean and comfortable

We had a great experience staying here! It was exactly what we needed for our holiday, with lovely water views in Shorewalk. The condo was very clean upon arrival, with all the amenities we required. Shorewalk has two swimming pools, a basketball court, tennis courts and more! All of which can be used as much as you'd like - it was lovely to be able to go swimming daily! It's a very short drive from the beach (Anna Maria Island) and lots of preserves located in and around Bradenton. Shorewalk is within a 10 minute drive of all that you could need (shopping, restaurants, etc). We highly recommend staying here!

Cozy little place

Overall this was a great place for our family to stay! It is a quiet neighborhood and everyone seems friendly. The only thing that wasn't up to par for us was that it was not stocked well at all. We had to buy trash bags, hand soap, cleaners, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. I think the landlord should have provided those essentials as the rules are to take the trash out every evening and make sure the dishes are cleaned. Other than that, everything was great! Would stay here again

Shorewalk 2.0

This is our second time staying at Shorewalk Vacation Villas. We especially like the location, and we specifically chose Shorewalk because of the the pools, and the hot tubs. However, just like last time, only one swimming pool and hot tub was open most days. There were even a couple of days when the 2nd hot tub wasn’t open either. This was no fault of the owners., just something that seems to be a pattern at Shorewalk. The owners were very quick to communicate and responded in a timely manner. We had no problems with the condo itself and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

So relieved to have an awesome start to our week!

We were coming to town for a Baseball factory event so we needed to find a place that was close to Pirate City and close to other things for us to do while my son was at Pirate City. Not knowing the area really we decided to look at VRBO for places. We found this Lakeside condo and after looking at reviews and getting some general information feedback from the owners we decided to book it. When we arrived I was so relieved at how nice it was. We have had some bad experience with rentals on size and cleanliness so I was especially excited that it was spacious and very clean!!! It is a perfectly laid out condo with nice room. It was also well equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella which we didn't have with us. To our surprise the location was only 15 minutes to Pirate City and also 15 minutes to about 5 different beautiful beaches. It only took about 35 minutes to get to Siesta Key beach too. It was an absolutely perfect location to everything. Also, within walking distance is the grocery store and Applebees. We would definitely rent this condo again. Everything was great and we are so glad we opted for this over a hotel rental. Thank you for supplying such a great place to rent and for keeping it up as a rental should be. The Greaneys

It was just like being at home!

We recently stayed at the Rooney's Lakeside Condo when we were in town for a national soccer tournament. From the moment I inquired to rent it to the moment we left, we felt like family. The Rooneys are quick to respond to emails/questions and they are very accommodating. And Berndt, well, he has to be the kindest man I have ever spoken to! And also very responsive and committed to making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The condo itself is clean, fully equipped and has many "extras" that were very much appreciated - free and fast wifi, Apple TV, 4 beach chairs, coffee filters (silly to mention I know, but nothing more frustrating than having to buy a package of 100 filters for only 5 days! It's the little things!), cozy, fluffy bath towels, amazingly comfortable beds - I could go on and on. We were even lucky enough to meet their wonderful neighbor, Karen, who shared her wonderful Christmas baked goodies with us!! I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. It is close to everything - shopping, grocery, restaurants and is just a short drive to the beaches. And the Shorewalk property has amenities galore - pools, activities, beautiful club house, etc. Should our travels every bring us back to the area we will definitely rent the Rooney's condo. Family vacation

We went to Bradenton to meet family and celebrate my mom’s birthday. We had a seamless visit to Shorewalk Villas. The hosts communicated very well. The master bedroom is updated and very nice. We had everything that we needed. We worried about common grills, but the system for reserving and using them keeps them available and clean, etc. Overall , a great trip and excellent accommodations.
