Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: bunk bed configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed.

- Bedroom 3: king‑size bed.

The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for everyone.



Outdoor living

The gated Regal Palm Resort & Spa community grants you access to a pool w/ a slide, a lazy river that winds through the grounds, an indoor playground for endless play, a fully equipped gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop for sweet treats. A community amenity center/clubhouse provides additional space for gatherings and relaxation.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances awaits, stocked with coffee and teas for a quick pick‑me‑up. The breakfast nook and spacious indoor dining area make it easy to enjoy home‑cooked meals together. A free washer/dryer is available for your convenience.



Living area

The large living area comfortably accommodates the whole family, with ample seating for movie nights or board games. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



Neighborhood & location

Located in Davenport’s beautiful Regal Palms community, the home sits just off I‑4 and I‑192, putting Disney World and other major attractions within a short drive. The Orlando International Airport is a 40‑minute ride away, making arrivals and departures smooth.



Important note

A resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 wrist bands. The fee is mandatory whether amenities are used or not, and the resort will provide a maximum of 10 wrist bands at guest services.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
