Sun Valley Mountain Modern Home

Situated on over an acre with breathtaking panoramic views, this is the perfect modern home for a whole family to relax and enjoy during your visit to Sun Valley. The open living area provides a wonderful place for people to gather with indoor / outdoor living. This is our home that we rent while we travel and we would love to share it with you! It is an ideal spot to host a wedding rehearsal dinner or special celebration for an additional fee.
The space
Walking in the front door, you are immediately struck by the expansive views of the valley. Our home underwent extensive renovations in 2019 and the open plan living area features vaulted ceilings which provides a pleasant space to gather and visit. The wood burning fireplace, with a gas starter, is easy to use and provides a beautiful atmosphere. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and has all of the necessary cookware and new appliances. The living room opens up onto an expansive patio with a comfortable couch and gas fire pit. During the spring season, a charming creek flows beneath the house, adding to its allure.

The house also affords many spaces to retreat to, including a large soundproof studio featuring a grand piano, usable as an extra bedroom, yoga studio, or movie theater. The master suite has wonderful views of the mountains, a walk in closet and a spacious bathroom. The two other bedrooms share a kitchenette and large bathroom equipped with a walk-in steam shower. One of the bedrooms opens up onto a elevated deck with a couch and a second gas fire pit. The property also has a large, slate in-ground hot tub and several sculpture grottoes.

We have hosted many special occasions here, including our own wedding rehearsal dinner and house concerts. The outdoor space is ideal for a summer event and the inside also provides plenty of space for an elaborate dinner party. All parties and events must be pre-approved and will require an additional fee.
