Det er en blok væk fra 31 og 38 busser, butikker, banker, cafeer og gå til Golden Gate Bridge og Golden Gate Park.

Anza Studio (400 sf eller 36 kvm.)(Studio, wetbar, 1 privat bad) (sover op til 1-2 personer MAX.) Ligger nær Geary Blvd. / 20th Avenue korridor, i det centrale Richmond District i nordvestlige San Francisco (
Busstoppestedet er en byblok fra apt .; MUNIs 31 og 38 buslinjer til Union Square og Downtown indkøbscentre og andre centrale områder i San Francisco (15-20 minutter med offentlige busser). Det er en 10-15 minutters gang til Presidio National Park, Baker Beach, Golden Gate Bridge, Fort Point, Golden Gate Park, deYoung Musuem, New Chinatown og Legion of Honor Museum og Lincoln Golf Course; 10-15 minutter i bil / taxa til Castro / SOMA-området, ATT Baseball Park, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Chinatown, MOMA / Moscone Center, Ocean Beach og videre ...

Det er 1-3 bykvarterer med 94 gange, 20 lokale etniske restauranter, caféer, banker, posthus, købmandsforretninger og fri parkering. Ekstra målt parkering i partiet ved siden af Wells Fargo Bank / Starbucks på Geary og 19th Ave. (2 blokke væk).

Det store studio har egen indgang, udsigt over haven, med en dronning / dobbeltseng og en dobbelt størrelse futon. Det har en wetbar med køleskab, kogeplade, brødrister ovn, mikroovn og kaffemaskine til lette måltider. Et privat badeværelse ud for indgangen foyer. Det er meget roligt og privat. Alle sengetøj og håndklæder leveres; ikke daglig rengøring. Der er en møntstyret vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i bygningen.

Det har wifi og et tv med grundlæggende kanaler; ingen kabelkanaler.

Priserne kan ændres, medmindre det bekræftes skriftligt.

Minimum af to (2) overnatninger, tre (3) overnatninger for ferie weekender, plus et rengøringsgebyr på op til 10% eller $ 50. minimum pr. ophold og 50% af lejen forfalder ved reservationer og lejebalance på 30 dage før ankomst til gæstenheden via check eller postanvisning. Clean, great location and excellent host

My girlfriend and I spent three nights and had a fantastic time at Joe's place ... great neighborhood, walking distance to Golden Gate Park, and the Richmond district offered excellent restaurants and convenience for shopping ... would definitely stay there again.

This is a homey and roomy studio with a good sized refrigerator. It’s near both a bike share rack and has big bike lanes, it’s a sleeper hit for those that want to commute downtown via Page connecting via the park by bicycle.

Joe's place in the Richmond

Joe is a great guy. The apartment is in the same building where he lives. It's safe and quiet, with access to the yard where I grilled. One block from Geary Blvd. with shopping and the 38 bus line to Land's End (the ocean beach) or downtown. 3 blocks to GG Park. I recommend staying at Joe's.

Anza Studio pretty nice but internet trouble

The studio is large and comfortable but is missing proper internet connectivity. If you need to connect for work or school it’s not going to work for you But if that’s not an issue, then the place is great. Location is perfect. The place is large and lit. Many more dishes than most. Close to transit. I didn’t have a car but parking is not easy in the area

The guests brought a child with them for their two week stay. The apartment is perfect for two adults and we had others with no issues with the internet. The apt was left in okay condition, though we were nervous about having a young child since it’s not child proofed for kids younger than five.

Good Studio in a great neighborhood

Good studio in a great neighborhood. Had internet connection issue in the first few days. It was off and on. Joe was quick to respond and tried his best to solve the issue. He called the internet provider and had a technician came over. After that the internet worked perfectly. The unit equipped with big fridge, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, vacuum, and cooking and eating utensils. It has laundry in the building. The kitchen has no exhaust fan, but you can still cook light meals. I cooked salmon and beef when i was there, so opened the window and door to let the smoke out. The heater worked really well. Overall, I like the unit.

An Honest Review

To Joe and potential renters, I am hoping to provide an honest review because comfort is very important to me. I realize that everyone has a different idea of what is comfortable for them. I also hope Joe reads this and decides to invest in some of the amenities. Although I originally rented the studio, I was assigned/offered the one-bedroom at no extra cost. This worked out as it is on the top floor and has a kitchen. So, this review is for the one-bedroom. The entry/hallway is functional. The carpet is old and dirty (or at least very stained) throughout the entry, stairway, and landings. This common space is refreshed (i.e., sprayed with various scented products) regularly. The apartment itself is well lit—lots of windows and clean. It is a decent place to stay. However, here is a summary of the amenities. For potential renters, you’ll have to decide if you can live with this. • The kitchen is large. The stove is great and the refrigerator is full sized. The kitchen tools are sparse. Don’t expect anything like a bottle opener, can opener, baking pans, or serving spoons. • The sofa beds in the living room (one queen, one full) are heavily sprayed with Febreze. There is an underlying smell that explains the use of the noxious spray, however you end up with layers of stink. I was not able to use this furniture. • The bed is functional but not very comfortable. The sheets are so old that one ripped when I washed them. The extra sheets in the closet consisted of two fitted sheets (no flats). The pillows also were sprayed with scent so I had to wash those before using them. • The bathroom is roomy, clean, and has a bathtub. The water faucet is difficult to control—you can choose a very hot shower or a tepid one. The towels are worn out and quite rough. The hair dryer was missing. Joe did provide one quickly, however it only blows cold air. If you are used to roughing it, this will seem like a great place. If you are used to comforts or are sensitive to smells, this is probably not the place for you.

The guest did not communicate any smell issues while here. She had difficulty in using the shower control and may have pulled on the hot/cold tab, instead of sliding it, left to right. We have not had any complaints regarding the sheets and towels by other guests. At our price point, it is not the Ritz-Carlton, but a nice, quiet and homey place to stay and work. The guest is best suited for a hotel.

Very accommodating and friendly!

Joe was a great host. He upgraded my room to a larger one for no extra cost and was more than reasonable when I needed to shorten my stay a little. He was also extremely friendly and even offered to let me tag along for his dinner plans when I mentioned I was a bit homesick (I appreciated the sentiment even though I didn’t end up going). He was also very quick to respond with issues — I blew a fuse in the kitchen at 11pm and he came over within 10 minutes to show me how to fix it. The only thing to consider is that the place is fairly quiet so don’t expect to have tons of loud guests. Would definitely return again in the future!

Great location, quiet, clean

We had a great stay at Joe’s place— he made checking in easy and convenient, even though we were getting in late, and he even saved a street parking spot for us— in SF, that’s huge! The apartment is simple, but comfortable, has everything you could need, and is a rare find if you want to be near GG Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Our San Francisco Stay with VRBO

This studio in San Francisco was conveniently located but we were expecting a little more. Upon entering the building, it had a nice entry way, but then we walked down a few steps through what appeared to be a walk way to a basement, even though this unit is on the ground floor. The unit itself was okay, but could use much better towels (they were very thin!) and an up-dated comforter as well as carpets. Although the owner was easy to deal with, we would definitely recommend some up-dates in the unit, as well as clearing out some of the shelves as you walk in.

Quiet, wonderful Location

My husband and I wanted a quiet retreat for our first wedding anniversary and chose to at the last minute change our reservations. Joe was great at replying and overall our stay was wonderful. The location is absolutely amazing. The bed was way comfier than we were expecting and we hooked our roku up to the tv (which is a flat screen from what is pictured). The place is perfect for a get away that has easy access to all you need. I would 10/10 stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location!

I loved the area! Tons of places within easy walking distance, and strolling down Geary in the morning is so refreshing and peaceful. We slept great on the bed. Joe the owner is very nice! We truly enjoyed the stay, and seriously the location is wonderful and pleasantly peaceful for having so much at your fingertips!

Comfy ground floor studio apartment

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in this apartment when in SF visiting our daughter and family in the neighborhood. It has decent WIFI so I was able to work on line as needed between family gatherings and stream GOT on my iPad. Good basic kitchen worked well for breakfasts and the occasional dinner in. Comfy bed, good bathroom, Neat and clean. Yes, we will stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

I needed a place to stay for a few days that was near family. This place was perfect. It was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The unit was equipped with everything I needed. I loved the location. It is near great places to get a bite, catch a bus, take a walk... It could use better towels. I will be back!

Nice studio; good location

I stayed at Joe's studio for 9 nights. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the fact that the kitchenette had a hot plate (as well as toaster, convection oven, microwave and full size fridge) so I could whip up simple meals like eggs when I didn't feel like eating out. The bed is also super comfy and I slept well every night. The apartment is very conveniently located one block from Geary Boulevard, where you will find lots of nice restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, drug stores, etc. There are also 2 nearby bus lines that can take you downtown.

Very comfortable, quiet and private place in Outer Richmond

The studio apartment was very convenient to the parks, transportation, food, and family in Outer Richmond! We would definitely stay there again. The unit is well equipped -- except for a hair dryer. Towels are ample -- if not plush. Even though it's directly beneath living spaces, the unit is well sound insulated and quiet. The bath room is generous. The photos are an accurate representation of the unit. The Richmond district is a wonderful mix of ethnic groceries, restaurants, small shops, apartments and houses and both large city and small neighborhood parks. Joe is very accommodating!

Good location for good price.

Nice location. Quiet. Relatively easy free parking. Joe was very nice and helpful. I would suggest new towels, linens, kitchen sponge and maybe rugs. It would give it a cleaner feeling. Towels were very worn. It's a nice space otherwise. It had everything we needed. Geary is a block away with an Irish and Russian bakery. There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store close by.

Great Location for Attractions and good Food

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anza Guesthouse. The property is located within walking distance of Golden Gate Park and two blocks away from famous Clement Street and all of it wonderful restaurants and food experiences. Apartment is clean, well appointed with necessary items, and quiet. Nice neighborhood grocery on the corner one block away and across the street from grocery is a nice coffee shop. Several bus lines run close to the apartment so that getting places is easy. We would definitely stay again for a long weekend or more. We highly recommend staying here. A suburbian studio apartment in a quiet neighborho

Having been to San Francisco many times before we chose to stay in a different part of town. This rental was near Golden Gate Park with easy access to bus routes that take you anywhere you need to go. One block away are many shops that provide for any need one may have. The studio was equipped with most things a person might need. We met Joe the owner upon arrival. He allowed us to drop our luggage at our convenience. The bed was comfortable and the area offered the quietness of the suburbs. The apartment was clean. I would recommend the owner use a mattress pad on the bed and replace the very used towels with newer larger ones. I would recommend staying at this unit.

Clean studio in a walkable area of San Francisco

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the studio apartment. It was clean and very close to restaurants and shopping. It had everything we needed, the only thing I would change would be access to Wi-Fi. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe .

Good time at this place....

We had a good time at this place. It is really well located and we have a lot of services around it. Joe was helpful and provided us with good tips.
