Loved staying at this beautiful home. The outdoor pool/spa and patio area is amazing. This was the perfect spot for a 3 night stay in Palm Springs with our adult children. Home was spacious and comfortable. Would most definitely stay here again.

Could have spent our entire vacation in the backyard…it is truly an oasis! Loved the design and special touches of the house, and Lance was a spectacular host, greeting us personally and making sure the pool heater and hot tub were working properly. Highly recommend.

very clean and lovely home. back yard was awesome. we wanted to stay back there the entire time. check in was smooth. host walked us through everything. communication was great. all questions answered in a timely manner. thank you. would definitely stay here again. kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking essentials.

The backyard is wonderful - relaxing with lots of different hang out spots. Pool and spa were great. House was very clean. Owner very attentive. Not a great kitchen if you're planning on doing lots of cooking but fine for snacks and light meals. Very much appreciated not having a long list of "to-dos" on check out.

You guys were great and you’re welcome back anytime but I’m not sure what you’re expected. As far as kitchen. My kitchen is fully functional. The oven has five different cooking modes, rotisserie air fry bake broil. There’s a toaster oven microwave coffee maker, espresso maker, blender, full bar and the brand new Keurig, hot and cold coffee maker, which is I think upon your request which was $400. I don’t have a kitchen island so there’s not a whole lot of counter space but mid-century modern homes originally have very small kitchens and I haven’t done the full kitchen right now just a facelift. There’s a barbecue in peace oven outside as Well and there’s every pot and pan and cooking utensil. You could think of so anyone can make anything they want large and small meals. Just wanna make a note of that but I do appreciate your input thank you and come back anytime

We stayed at the property for four days with four people. Lance was a very good host and always available if we had any questions. The whole house was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed. The garden with its pool area was like an oasis. We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back. 10/10

We were greated by the host and shown around the property. He showed us the how things worked and was on his way. Gorgeous property, the back yard and pool are stunning. Views of the mountain from the back yard are amazing. House was spotless and the sand table is very cool. Perfect visit!

Lance was a great host. The girls loved the pool. Plenty of shade and sun. It was very chill and we loved it. Beautiful view from the sunbed. House had personality. Lots going on. Overall you can’t beat the price for the location and accommodations.

This stay was all about enjoying the sunshine and relaxing outside. The backyard was a A gold star! There are multiple lounge areas, and incredible pool and spa, two gas fire ranges to keep you reading into the evening, after the sun sets, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The covered outside table seats six, and was excellent for a breakfast meal alfresco, and the whole backyard felt so safe and private!Would stay again, the host was such a delight - super helpful, friendly, and available to support if needed!

Fun and comfortable

Very comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun in the pool and enjoying all of the pretty and interesting decor, kept finding new intriguing things that made us smile.

Great property with amazing outdoor oasis

While the house was a bit old it was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The outdoor area was amazing and really made the stay with a pool, hot tub, BBQ and multiple areas to enjoy and relax. It was also close to many great eating places and a short drive to the main strip. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Absolutely Spectacular — Our New Favorite Getaway! Where do I even begin? This Palm Springs home was absolutely spectacular and exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home is beautifully appointed, stylish, comfortable, and filled with special touches that make it feel both luxurious and incredibly welcoming.And the backyard is an absolute DREAM! The pool was delightful, the outdoor space was gorgeous, and every amenity we could possibly want was right there. We originally planned to spend time exploring and hanging out around Palm Springs, but the house was so amazing that we kept choosing to stay in instead! It truly felt like our own private resort.Lance was beyond amazing as a host—attentive, warm, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. He offered great suggestions for places to visit and even went out of his way to drop off paper towels during our stay. That level of hospitality and personal attention is rare and made an already exceptional experience even better.Everything about our stay was a delight. This has officially become my favorite getaway, and we will absolutely be back again and again! If you're considering booking this home, don't hesitate. Perfect home for a girls trip

The house and Lance were both amazing! We can’t wait to come back. The check-in process was easy and the house was beautiful. The location is walkable to a few restaurants and super close to downtown. Highly recommend.

Time for some updates and repairs. Shower head held on with tape, cabinets and doors falling apart, exterior lighting expired and an umbrella held together with screwdriver and tape. Could be amazing and maybe it was 10 years ago.…..

I’m surprised at your experience since the last nine out of 10 guests were 10 out of 10! In any case, Thank you for pointing out some things I was not aware of, but they all have been addressed so thank you for that! You were a good guest overall…you were clean. It didn’t seem like you had any concerns during your stay except being unable to know spa from pool heat …multiple accidental pool heat issues. Which I made easy for you and printed out color pictures of the two-step process mentioned in my description of the property description… *pool heat is an extra fee for* *pool controls* Spa is 2 steps either 1 # pool or spa and the 2nd step is 2# on or off heat (which I waved the fee $300 value) it’s all good! When you get back to the desert and book again, I’ll give you the pool heat for free again my gift to you for coming back the place is quite magical if you let it😊

Lance was great to work with. We had some minor issues early on, but Lance took care of them. The pool and spa were great! Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds! Excellent TV’s

hi guys I just came across your review. I didn’t really look at it before I know we had a problem and I can’t believe you said there are cameras in every room. I only own two cameras one is the doorbell and one is on the gate the new gate one wasn’t installed and it was left in a planter And I sent you a text to call me. I wanted to let you know it was there but you never replied back so if you could please take down your comment on cameras in every room because there are not, and if you think there are cameras, can you describe them for me Because I don’t have them please fix my business. Beautiful

This place is beautiful and so relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. The spaces inside and out have so much to take in that you don’t notice it all in one day. Our family had a great time. Pool heats up quickly too.

Artful fun house.

We had a great time over Thanksgiving. Our Grand children visited for lunch at the house And loved the garden and the pool. A great time For us all. Very comfortable. Just the kind of Retreat - quiet neighborhood - my husband were looking for. Hope to go back soon.

Awesome pool and spa!

Full disclosure, this is an older home, and as such has some quirks with the occasional sticky door and drawer... But, that being said, this place is great! The beds are SUPER comfortable, and the pool/spa/patio/yard area is awesome! The locations easy to get to a d close to some fun restaurants (Billy Reeds for old school charm, Booze hounds for the dog lovers), as well as great neighborhoods to walk in, and even a trail to hike not far away. The host (Lance) is super nice, and very easy to communicate with!But, that being said &but

We had the nicest stay at this property . The backyard was the perfect restorative spot with a lovely pool and spa and garden landscaping. The sound of water was so peaceful and the neighborhood was so quiet that naps by the pool were practically mandatory. The house itself was cozy, eclectic and artistic. As another reviewer said, it's an older home with a few quirks but it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. Our host was both accommodating and responsive to our needs. There is a previous reviewer who mentioned cameras in every room. We did not have this experience and think they may have misconstrued some of the Simply Safe products that are designed as motion detectors for home safety, not cameras. (We have this same system at our home).We loved the proximity to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and hiking. We would definitely rent this home again.PS The beds are incredibly comfortable!
