Lovely rental

The condo was lovely, decorated beautifully with small details to make you feel like a home away from home, immaculate, and in a quiet location with stunning views of the Banana River. The ocean was a short walk away. The back balcony was a nice treat, with cool breezes for quiet evenings after a long day at the beach. I would recommend this property and revisit Coco Beach.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and was an amazing location. We had some trouble getting the door open at times, even that night when we arrived. The owners were very responsive and helpful. In regard to the listing, I would have liked to see it more clear we were on the 2nd floor, as this was a problem for some of our group. Also, out of their control, the young people under us were loud and quite offensive in the language used loudly outside

This was a great property

We love the property convenient to everything. However two things in bedrooms need a chest of drawers or something to place non hang-able clothes. And in bathrooms a shelf or two in each to place toiletries. There was only the sink and floor. Other than those we would recommend. It was nice and quiet location and close to everything that we wanted. Thank you.

Locked out for 6 hours

1st. As you know the inconvenience did not occur from the lock itself, as this has officially been documented by our Locksmith. But it has been the result of the handle from miss use. Does the above statement mean we misuse the handle? There was no misuse of the handle during our two-day stay by us. 2nd. As soon as we were made aware of the problem we took action immediately and did everything possible to resolve the situation. This issue was not taken care of immediately because my wife and I were outside waiting for 6 hours watching a husband and wife team trying to unlock the door by combination and key for 3 hrs and then another 3 hrs for the locksmith to arrive and work to unlock the door. So, you can't say it was addressed immediately. 3rd. Unfortunately, these types of unforeseen situations pop up every now and then. As soon as we receive any type of distress from our customers we take care of it immediately, as we did with you. This type of issue should have a plan of action to ensure the customer is not distressed due to poor planning. You should have a locksmith on call just in case an issue like this occurs and not a husband and wife team that is not qualified as locksmiths. 4th, I feel we are due a partial refund for distress and not being able to use the property that we paid in full and were unable to use for 6 hrs of our stay.

We want to clarify that the situation involving the lock was thoroughly reviewed, and as confirmed by the locksmith, the issue stemmed from misuse of the handle, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be locked out, and as soon as we were notified, we took immediate action to resolve the matter. While it did take time for the locksmith to arrive, we ensured that everything possible was being done as quickly as possible. We do regret that you felt distressed by the situation and understand your frustration. We do our best to be responsive in every situation and continually strive to improve our guest experience. We have a team available to address any issues promptly, and your feedback helps us evaluate how we can improve our procedures to better serve future guests. Regarding your request for a partial refund, we believe we acted in good faith and in the best interest of resolving the issue promptly. We value your feedback, but we respectfully do not believe a refund is warranted based on the circumstances. Thank you again for your review.
