Mosswood is located just steps from Lake Michigan access via Van's Beach and Thompson Beach and only 3 blocks from the heart of Fishtown and all its restaurants, galleries and shops. The large fenced yard and deck accessed off the dining room is a great spot to gather with your loved ones and spend a quiet afternoon/evening creating memories that will last a life time. When the sun sets, fire up the firepit to roast mallows and take in all that Up North has to offer!

Enjoy the mornings taking coffee/tea on the front porch while the town wakes up or on the quite side yard deck off the dining room. On cooler mornings enjoy the breakfast bar with seating for 4. In the afternoon/evening take advantage of the new kitchen and bring the family together over a meal in the attached dining room with seating for 6 and direct access to the outdoors. There is a beautiful and comfy sunroom that's great for games and a movie night in the back of the house and a quite family room perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book in the front.
