The property was well organized and spacious. the game room was a hit for all ages, and the pool was clean spacious as well. The number of bathrooms kept us all from stepping all over one another; that’s always a good thing. It was overall a comfortable stay. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely seek this location for our next stay.

Very family friendly, the rooms were very clean only thing you had to pay extra to heat the pool. Overall an awesome vacation

The property was as described and pictured. Kids had a great time in the game room. Love the big kitchen with multiple refrigerators and dish washer. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pan. Large pantry.

There were ROACHES in the house both dead and ALIVE!!! That's NOT cool. After I left I got a notification that I damaged the cooktop and they are going to charge me. I replied asking for details as I didn't damage anything no reply at all just a charge on my card!!!The place hasn't been well cleaned in a very long time with dust an inch thick in places, the floor was sticky in the kitchen when i got there. One of the fridge / freezers was broken. When i pointed it out a technician did show up but needed "authorization" to fix it and never did and never came back and no communication from the host about this. They advertise free pool heat but don't provide it. BE AWARE of what your getting yourself into!!!!

Perfect family vacation home!

Everything was just as pictured online. The pool/hot tub was such a hit for the kids. Beds were comfortable, which is a huge plus. So close to everything Disney related. So much space and room for all of us. We would definitely be back!

The home was nice and clean. There were 12 of us celebrating my birthday. There was enough space for everyone. The only negative was the pool pump wasn't working. I love a pool, but didn't spend much time in the pool because of this issue. Customer service was very responsive. They welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and snacks.

When looking for a BnB for an upcoming, "Sisters/Cousins" trip, I was on the search to find a home that had enough bathrooms for 7 ladies traveling together. We rented this home and it was more than big enough for everyone to have their own room and ensuite bathroom. The home is gorgeous and looks to be well kept, although I'm guessing it may have been awhile since the house was last rented as we had a couple of minor issues when we arrived. The kitchen comes equipped with 2 full size refrigerators and the day we arrived, we had to spend time unclogging both ice makers as neither worked and were blocked by solid ice. One of the bathrooms had a mold ring in the toilet and we woke the next morning to find coffee grounds had been left in the coffee maker and had gone moldy. Our reservation included pool heat, however, the hot tub should be hotter than the pool but our pool ended up being just as hot as the hot tub which made it uncomfortable to enjoy after a long day at Disney. There should be different heat settings for the hot tub and main pool area. The screen door for the main patio off of the living room didn't seem to work either which would have been nice so we could've kept the door open on the cooler nights we were there. One suggestion I would make is to maybe add ceiling fans to the bedrooms, to make them more comfortable on warm nights. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and had a great time. The seller was quick to answer any questions we had.

Myself and some family and friends came to celebrate my birthday/our calm before the storm…we are all educators . The house was as beautiful as it looked online. It was very spacious and everyone loved it. We are already thinking of booking again next year if it’s available. We did have one issue with the air conditioner but it was resolved quickly.

This is a CLEAN, beautiful home and just as pictured. The double beds on the picture appeared bigger maybe fulls, but they are twins. My family enjoyed our time while being there. There are 2 refrigerators which was a huge plus to accomodate all the food and drinks purchased. One of them didn't get very cold, just cool even at its highest temperature. There are 2 dishwashers, although we only used them to drain the dishes as they were washed by hand. The home was spacious, no one was cramped, and was comfortable. The pool area was nice as well with a 1/2 bath. We couldn't swim the 1st day as the pool guy was cleaning the pool upon our arrival and put chemicals in and told us we had to wait a day, which was a bummer, yet it was good to know the pool was clean. The huge downfall was having to sleep in the heat. Downstairs was at 79 degrees. After making a call to have it looked at, we were told by the service line they would be out that day. We waited around for them. We went out for a few hours, upon our return, it was now after office hours and no change in the air, we called and got the answering machine. Two messages were left considering it was an emergency. We had two people over the age of 85 having to sleep in those conditions. We purchased fans to make them a little comfortable. The air upstairs was perfect. We just felt bad for our elderly family members. The host may not respond to messages right away, but within 24 hours. All questions and concerns were addressed.

We had a great time staying at this vacation home. The house was very roomy and gave us enough entertainment when we were inside. The lower level of the house temperature was nice and comfortable. However, even after maintenance was called out, the upper level bedrooms temperature remained above my comfort level. We purchased fans to help cool off the bedrooms. Besides this inconvenience, everything else was perfect. The home is located close to all of the stores for any of your shopping needs. The gated community is safe and security is available around the clock. I would recommend and stay in this home again.
