Other Things to Note:

DRIVING & PARKING

Please note that the property is located in the hills of Latigo Canyon and features a steep driveway.



Parking is available on-site, and guests should review the following information before arrival:

• The driveway is best suited for higher-clearance vehicles.

• A covered carport is available at the top of the driveway.

• Lower-clearance or smaller vehicles may use the parking pad located at the bottom of the driveway.

• To safely enter the driveway, continue past the chain-link gates at the top of the hill and use the turnaround area before approaching the driveway.

• Please do not use the neighboring driveway across from the property to turn around, as it is private property.

• Detailed arrival instructions with photos will be provided before check-in.



Most guests find the driveway manageable after arrival, and many agree that the privacy, views, and peaceful setting are well worth it.



ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• No pets allowed

• No parties or events

• No commercial photography or filming without prior approval

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• No smoking anywhere on the property

• A pre-arrival form and ID verification are required before check-in
